The Space:

You'll fall in love with this 2nd floor condo at Sundial, Unit 1C ! Renovated over the winter by new owners, this 2BR/2BA condo is the perfect getaway for your next family vacation. Unit 1C can sleep 8 with a king bed in the master bedroom, 2 double beds in the second bedroom, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. The unit also has a private balcony with indirect views of the Gulf of Mexico (see photos). Sundial has an elevator for convenient access to the ground floor. From there, you're just steps away from the Gulf and Gulf Shores' famous white sandy beach. Interior amenities include three new TVs, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer unit, and high-end cotton linens and towels. 



Complex Amenities: Outdoor pool, charcoal grilling area, elevator.



Please note that parking is tight at this property and only 1 car allowed. The price includes the parking fee at Sundial Condominiums.

Thank you for sharing your feedback on your stay at Sundial 1C. We provide a starter kit of toiletries and paper products, details of which are included in our check-in information. Our only requests for guests are to clean and store all dishes, dispose of all garbage, leave used towels and washcloths in the appropriate rooms, and leave the beds unmade.

Elevator was out of order. My husband was recovering from a torn hamstring and two flights of stairs was difficult!!

Highly reccomend

The first week I was there, family was with me. The next 3 weeks, I was by myself. I had the best time while staying in this condo. It was my home away from home for a month. It had everything I needed and couldn’t have felt more at home. Walks on the beach everyday with shell hunting. It was so nice to have carts to use while unloading and then loading the car, with use of the elevator. Enough parking for guests was a big plus. I would love to book again and for sure will! Thank you!!!

Different Condo then we originally booked

The original condo we booked was said to be uninhabitable, so about 3 hours before we arrived we were told that we would be staying at another condo nearby! The floor was sticky at the condo we were reassigned to. We had to wash it so we didn’t stick to the floor!

The remodel of the unit was beautiful and the place was very clean. I was disappointed with the layout. The secondary bedroom, the room with the two double beds, had a view and a private bath. I understand why they have it this way; it is the bigger of the two rooms so they can accommodate more people. I was just expecting my husband and I to have a private bath etc. I would suggest a new mattress on the king bed and shelving in the secondary bathroom. Overall it was a good stay.

Good stay

Overall the place did the job. Pros: The location could not be better. We loved being able to use the private entrance to the beach. It was quiet and we didn’t hear much of the neighbors. There is an elevator that we used to get our luggage up to the first floor. The AC cooled the condo off so fast once we got it turned on and it stayed cool the whole time. There are plenty of pots and pans to use. Walmart delivers to the condo. The bathroom in the double bedroom has a giant area to get ready in. There is a store right across the street that carries just about everything you might need or maybe forgot on your Walmart order and has the nicest people working there. We LOVED the big deck. We sat out there for coffee in the morning, and we were out there reading books in the evening. It is big and very nice. The cons: The stove needs to be replaced, it’s barely working and hard to cook food on it. The beds are hard as a rock. There were clumps of hair everywhere and dirty towels in the shower when we arrived. The small hallway shower wasn’t used much because the shower head can’t be adjusted and the shower itself barely fits adults in it. We would stay here again! The pros very much outweigh the cons!

Beach view was between two buildings but adequate and shown in picture. Great value and location. Loved being able to go right to semi-private beach. Great and easy checkin and check out.
