This family home was built in 1994 by a loving mother for her two sons. With views and direct access to Lake George and a dock for your 24' boat. Just a short drive to Gore Mountain, NY's largest Ski Resort, this house is the perfect place to relax. Only 1.5 miles to Bolton Landing, with it's beaches, shops, marinas, restaurants, and the historic Sagamore Resort. Dog friendly. Ping Pong table & movie/game room. Perfect for a family gathering. The house is right next to the lake. There is a shared beach and docks for a small group of houses which form an association. There are also open fields for games and sports. The dock space can fit a boat up to 24 feet long, and is about 0.3mi from the house. You can see the water from the house.

There is a ping pong table in the cozy finished basement and deck space with lakeview around the house for relaxing outdoors in the summer.

The living room has one AC window unit, with open air flowing to the loft above and fans in each bedroom. Note that the bedrooms do not have their own AC units. The game room, which doubles as a family room, is on the lowest level and stays naturally cool.
