Unit 805 is a two bedroom, two bath, 1427 square feet unit on the 8th floor with 141 square feet balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico with convenient seasonal Beach Chair service INCLUDED. Kitchen is equipped with a standard drip coffee maker. The master bedroom has a King size bed, attached master bathroom has custom made walk-in shower. The guest Bedroom has two full size beds, guest bathroom has a renovated walk-in shower. Living room has a pull out queen sofa sleeper. Wooden floors throughout the unit. Condo occupancy is 8 people.

Condo 805 Coral Reef

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Reservation and check-in were so simple. We registered online and the person on the phone was a delight to work with. Late arrival, so we called and they had everything ready and it was easy to get into the unit when we arrived. Floor plan was great and the view was spectacular. I would love to stay in this unit again. It was well maintained and comfortable. The CONS of the stay, and these are all for the management company, not the owner of the unit. We knew we needed to bring dish soap and laundry detergent with us and mentioned that over the phone. Then asked if there was anything else we needed to bring and were assured that was all. They provide the initial trash bags and the rolls of toilet paper on the spindle. We found one more roll in a cabinet. BUT they require you to double bag your trash when disposing of it. The trash bags are the cheapest I have ever seen or used. Completely understand this is not a hotel but we would have been fine bringing trash bags and toilet paper with us if we had known. We brought paper towels and napkins. I just find it difficult to understand how that is not a point to reiterate with guest BEFORE they arrive. Also, the toilet in the master bath was NOT secured to the floor, the water had not been attached to the refrigerator and the dishwasher had not been emptied. In fact, I am not sure it had been run because some of the items in it were still gross. So it certainly had not been emptied. My overall rating would be a 4.8. The overall experience was wonderful even if it did include a trip to Dollar Tree for trash bags and toilet paper.

It is a wonderful place for families and the beach is never crowded. It is conveniently close to golf, putt putt golf, restaurants, and shopping areas. Victoria, the office manager, is easy to work with and very kind. The rest of the staff is competent and friendly as well.

This saved us a lot of money on eating out.The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were always willing to answer our questions and help us with anything we needed.The price was very reasonable, especially considering the location and amenities.Overall, I had a great stay at the Coral Reef Beach Apartments. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable beachfront stay in Panama City Beach.

On e reason is that our group of around 20 people utilize the commons area to have dinner catered 2-3 nights that week. The disappointing thing is that the restrooms are now closed to "renters". That made it difficult to walk our children back and forth to the outdoor restrooms, which do get dirty all day.
