Villa "Le Sirene" es grande de 220 metros cuadrados.
Villa Le Sirene es una propiedad de "Edificio histórico" ubicada en una ubicación característica y central de Positano llamada "Punta Reginella"

Para llegar a la villa No necesita el automóvil, no necesita el autobús porque está muy céntrico.
Villa Le Sirene está idealmente ubicada, no solo cerca de un mini mercado donde puede abastecer su necesidad temporal de hogar, sino también de tiendas, restaurantes, parada de autobús local, bar, la playa y el muelle.

La Villa está a poca distancia del centro a unos 300 metros.
Se puede llegar al muelle en menos de 5 minutos a pie desde los escalones cercanos, si lo prefiere, por la calle principal "Viale Pasitea", que dura 15 minutos.
Desde el muelle puedes tomar el ferry para Capri, Ischia, Amalfi, Nápoles. (no disponible en invierno)

TENGA EN CUENTA
Para llegar a la Villa Le Sirene hay 68 escaleras desde la carretera principal "Viale Pasitea".
Una vez abajo, un agradable sendero de flores conduce bajo la sombra del cenador de buganvillas hasta la puerta principal, AQUÍ ENCUENTRAS OTROS 15 pasos para entrar en la gran sala de estar de la villa.
Al ingresar al apartamento, encontrará una sala de estar grande y elegante y un comedor repleto de una mesa para 8/12 personas, un salón con dos sofás en el área de TV y una cocina totalmente equipada con lavavajillas, hervidor de agua, tostadora, microondas , horno, nevera, moka, cafetera americana y procesador de alimentos.
Fuera de la sala de estar hay una amplia terraza con una vista maravillosa, un lugar perfecto para entretenerse y cenar admirando el panorama.
(Especialmente en invierno puedes ver un mágico "amanecer" admirando la costa de Amalfi y el mar frente a ti)
Hay dos mesas de cerámica con capacidad para 10 personas, cuatro tumbonas y una sombrilla.
Las vistas son sublimes desde aquí, como se describió anteriormente, tarjeta postal.

TENGA EN CUENTA:
En la planta baja hay dos habitaciones dobles, la habitación principal con vista, la segunda habitación doble con ventanas altas sin vista al mar.
La tercera área para dormir se encuentra en el altillo, piso de madera, espacio abierto sobre la sala de estar, que permite la vista de la iglesia principal y la plaza.
Hay 2 camas individuales, de unos 18 metros cuadrados (cama matrimonial solo bajo petición). (Ver fotos proporcionadas).
Hay 3 baños completos, 1 medio malo, dos con bañera / ducha, uno con ducha y aseos en el desván.
También hay una lavandería amueblada con lavadora, paños de secado, un juego de plancha. Hay aire acondicionado y TV en cada habitación y TV multilingüe en la sala de estar.
El punto sobresaliente de Villa "Le Sirene" es la vista, uno mira la plaza de la iglesia principal, Santa Maria Assunta, también sobre la playa principal "Spiaggia Grande" y, por supuesto, el mar.

A lovely stay

We had a wonderful 2 weeks in Positano at Ville Le Sirene. It was perfect for a large group of friends. The view is spectacular, the balcony perfect, and as long as you are prepared for the stairs, I would not hesitate to recommend!

Absolute perfection! Beautiful views and access to everthing!! The villa contained all the amenities our family of 5 needed and was located near the beach and restaurants. Chiara was always responsive when we needed her.

Perfect villa

Five college friends stayed at Villa Le Sirene and enjoyed every minute. The villa was lovely and spacious, with several beds and four baths, and very centrally located. Chiara and Guiseppe were amazing and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Positano.

A Beautiful Villa in Wonderful Positano -- perfect for family of 6

Villa Le Sirene is simply an outstanding place to stay in the heart of magical Positano. The view from the terrace (both day and night) is breathtaking. We even were able to listen to a few concerts from the church courtyard below. Chiara and Giuseppe are wonderful, warm people who did all they could to make our stay most comfortable. Our family really enjoyed their cats and the lemon tree in their backyard. It was perfect for our family of 6 and we hope to come back again soon!

June Vacation

Stayed here for two weeks in June 2011 with a family of five. The pictures don't do it any justice as the villa is much more impressive in person. As previously stated by others, the owners were terrific and extremely helpful. The location is as central as you can have in Positano, everything within 5 minutes walking distance. If you are considering Positano for a home base......don't look any further. This is an upscale villa that allows you to live the local experience in style. We can't wait to go back.

A postcard view!

Villa le Sirene is the place to stay! What a beautiful location with the best and most picturesque view of Positano. The Casiolas were very communicative during our 4 week stay including ensuring porters helped with luggage, responding to questions and providing recommendations. My two adult children stayed for two weeks and my brothers and their spouses for the other two weeks. We all loved the view and the villas. The Villa is large and very roomy and was a home away from home for us. A BIG THANK YOU TO CHIARA AND GUISSEPPE! We hope to be back some day.

Amazing view

We were a family of 6 staying for a week. It is is the most beautiful location. The apartment was clean with a well stocked supply of kitchen needs, towels, laundry equipment. Our hosts Chiara & Giuseppe made us very welcome and went out of there way to assist us and they could be contacted easily. Chiara made us the most beautiful tiramisu. It is very private and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. We had a wonderful week there and highly recommend Villa Le Sirene and our hosts. Gabrielle and family

A very nice villa in a great location and amazing views. Giuseppe and Chiara were great hosts that helped out ahead of our visit with information, as well as during the visit. While there are stairs to get to the villa, steps are a way of life in Positano... 292 steps between the villa and the main square, but it's typical or even not bad, relative to other properties. The villa is very clean and roomy with beautiful tile floors. The baths are not connected to bedrooms, but were sufficient. Kitchen was very functional with a large fridge! Beds were comfortable with a linen change mid-week (although they must not use face washcloths in Italy :). WiFi was generally good, but had to change routers from time to time when moving around the house. The main TV was turned on one time and had both English and multiple language programs. The Balcony???? Amazing with very comfortable furniture. One issue was the cats.... while the 4 house cats are cute, I am very allergic. They have full reign of the patio (cat hair on furniture) and welcome themselves into the house, since the patio doors cannot be latched from the outside, they come right in. If someone has cat allergies, be aware... it's hard to keep them out!

The most beautiful of Positano

Our stay at Villa Le Sirene is everything we have expected it to be and even more. The terrace has the most beautiful and unobstructes view of Positano, where your eyes would feast on the mountains, the cascading colourful houses and the water. The breakfasts, apperitivo and dinners we had at the balcony are the best memories we had. The villa is spacious for 6 adults, everyone has their own space. The little lemon gove and the walkway to the villa are also so pretty. The steps going up the main road is managable and then it is close to almost everything you wanted to see and go to in town. Chiara and Joseph, the host made us feel at home at their place.

Amazing Spectacular View and Hosts!!!

This place has one of the most incredible, spectacular views in the world! We marveled at it every day! It is phenomenal how this town is built into and under the cliffs. The villa is huge, and the balcony is awesome! The balcony has beautiful ceramic tables and benches, along with lounge chairs to enjoy the view and the sun. The hosts, Chiara and Giuseppe, are fantastic!!! From beginning to end, they were there for your every need. The timeliness of Chiara's communication is excellent. They helped us with transportation, recommendations for food, places to visit, and more. There are premiere hosts, and above that level there is Chiara and Giuseppe. We have stayed in many, many, VRBO's, but have never had this level of service! We had the most fantastic experience! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

STUNNING property and great hosts!

Our family of 7 had a fabulous time at Villa Le Sirene. The unit was beautiful, well-appointed and maintained, clean and conveniently located to everything. There was plenty of space for all of us. We did not want to leave our balcony...WOW! What views we had on the balcony of Positano and the Mediterranean Sea. The owners are charming and very hospitable. They are very helpful in pre-planning (making suggestions and recommendations of what to do and transportation). You feel like you are visiting family in Italy. They left a basket with wine, fruits, coffee, etc. to get you started in their unit and then show up on your doorstep later with the best tiramisu you've ever tasted. We can't wait to go back. Thanks Chiara and Giuseppe for making this a trip of a life time! Thanks for helping my daughter plan and execute an unforgettable birthday party for me and my husband!

A stunning villa!

Giuseppe and Chiara are the most gracious hosts! We even had access to their lemon trees during our stay! Positano is known for their giant lemons! The Villa was just beautiful! The best view in all of Positano. The villa has everything we could possibly need. Well stocked and well appointed. If we ever had a question about anything, Chiara responded quickly. I would highly recommend this place to all of our friends and family. Positano is the most lovely place with the kindest people. We enjoyed a boat ride to Capri for the day and a sunset cruise around amalfi. It was just stunning. Many good restaurants as well. Chiara had great recommendations! We loved breakfast every morning at Cafe Positano. If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay in Positano—this is it. We took 4 young adult children. Ages 18-21, and they had a ball as well! Thank you Chiara and Guisseppe . We will never forget our time in Positano at your lovely villa. Hope to come back soon! Jill & Lem

The BEST VEIWS OF POSITANO

Right from the very start Chiara and Giuseppe were the most gracious hosts. The home was lovely and clean and so very spacious. The most magnificent part was the balcony where we spent many nights overlooking the beautiful city of Positano. Giuseppe let us help ourselves to the lemons, figs, tomatoes and basil growing his garden. Chiara was always accessible if I had a question. There was full disclosure on how many steps down to their apartment from the main road was. It was worth it!

Amazing vacation rental

Couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our families holiday than here. Chiara & Giuseppe were incredible hosts, location was perfect and the villa was an experience. So much character, and the views were breath taking. Would definitely recommend this villa to anyone, and if we ever return to Positano, we would stay here again in a heartbeat. We loved the yard cats too. Such a great place!!!

Great location and views

The location was high enough for impressive views but not too high to make it inconvenient. Since the villa was not directly on a road, the setting was quiet with good privacy. Several restaurants were within walking distance. The owners, Chiara and Giuseppe, were attentive and accommodating. Things that we wish that we had with us....night lights and water shoes for the pebble beach. Also, be prepared to walk up and down the steep roads and steps in Positano. Thank goodness we have good mobility and are in good shape so we welcomed the exercise to offset the impact of too much pasta and gelato.

Lovely

We had a wonderful week in this villa. Best view in all of Positano in our opinion. Right in the middle, not too low, not too high. The villa is exactly how it appears in the pictures, no surprises. Plus the A/C’s all work very well! We were a family of two adults, 3 teenage girls, and two children. All of us had plenty of space. We even made dinner a few nights. Kitchen had all we needed. Little grocery store right above stairs. Did not want to leave Positano or Villa Sirene.

Location, location,location!

Wonderful vacation with family at the villa. Plenty of room for 6 adults. The view from the balcony is breathtaking...you will never get tired of enjoying your am coffee ( and evening wine :) on the balcony ,surrounded by the beautiful Positano . Our hosts were helpful and attentive, and the daily visit from local kitties was a bonus! Be prepared for stairs!!! It’s part of the charm of this place and there’s little choice but to climb, climb, climb! Highly recommend this villa, you won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely beautiful!

We were in heaven from the moment we arrived in Positano. Villa Le Sirene is just picture perfect. The villa is located perfectly and quite spacious. We were 6 women and the 4 bathrooms were great! The view from the large balcony is to die for. The kitchen is stocked and great for meal prep. Chiara and Giuseppe are wonderful hosts and there for us if we needed anything.
