We are nestled in the picturesque red rocks of Southern Utah. Our resort style neighborhood offers a lazy river, pool with a water slide, 2 hot tubs, a splash pad, and 2 pickle ball courts. We are centrally located between all the attractions Southern Utah has to offer.

When you feel like heading into town, downtown St. George is 10 minutes away by car to enjoy fine eateries and shopping. Looking for something to do after dinner, catch a live performance at Tuacahn Center for the Arts which is only 20 minutes away.

The chic design and well thought-out furnishings are sure to keep you and your guests comfortable and entertained.

The home is fully furnished offering 2 washers and dryers with a starter pack of detergent and bathrooms stocked with overnight essentials. A two-car garage with EV charger, private driveway, and ample neighborhood guest parking for boats, RVs, and trailers will give you and your guests all the space to come and go as you please!

The open concept living space is a cozy place to relax after a day of adventure. The 55” smart TV will stream your favorite shows with ample seating space. The fiber speed wireless internet will support streaming and Zoom at the same time with unlimited usage. A ping pong table in the garage and pickle ball equipment for the two neighborhood courts will take the party outside.

When you grow hungry, don't hesitate to head into the fully equipped kitchen! Create favorites or new dishes alike with ease utilizing the stainless steel appliances, ample cookware, toaster, electric hand mixer, and drip and Keurig coffee makers. Once everything is ready, gather around the 6-person dining table to savor the spread.

With seating for 6, comfortably watch the sunset over the red rocks from the privacy of our west facing patio. Grill burgers or steaks for your whole crew on our 5 burner gas grill. If you're lucky you may see a cottontail or jack rabbit just beyond our fence.

This home is set-up for a family vacation with accommodations for all ages. The ping pong table in the garage will entertain kids (and adults) for hours. The loft offers a 65” smart TV, a game table, and a 4-player air hockey table. Go head-to-head in a family game night or curl up and watch your family’s favorite movie! The bunkroom sleeps six with two twin over queen bunk beds. Toys, books, and games will entertain family members of all ages. The neighborhood pickle ball courts are a great places for kids to get their wiggles out.

Unwind in the first floor spacious king suite with a private bathroom with two sinks and a walk-in shower. The king suite boasts a red rock view, and a workspace if you need to privately respond to emails. If you’re traveling with multiple families, there is a second king suite upstairs with en-suite bathroom.

This brand new neighborhood is still in development. While the homes across the street are under construction, we have STEEPLY DISCOUNTED our nightly rates. We anticipate construction in our area be complete in Novermber 2022 but, there will still construction activity in the neighborhood.
