The newly renovated professional kitchen with wine fridge has expansive water views across dining room and family room. Lower floor has 1 bedroom, one bonus room with its own kitchen, TV's and separate patio with immediate access to beach and kayak racks.

Outdoor North side has two slate patios, one with 4 adirondack chairs, upper level dining for 8 with a Weber gas grill. Landscaped bocce ball court and a private patio area for cornhole and other games make outdoor living easy. Private seating at the north point with amazing waterfront viewing. Great for quiet moments. The main living level, second floor bedrooms, and ground level in-law unit are cooled by ducted a/c. The game room has a wall a/c unit.

Please note during the summer season (late June - Labor Day), this property requires a seven-night minimum with Saturday turnovers. Check-in is no earlier than 3:00 Pm and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM.

Commercially laundered linen packages are provided for the occupancy of the property. This includes linens, a towel set (bath towel, hand towel and facecloth) for each occupant, hand towel and bath mat for each bathroom and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not provided unless otherwise specified on the listing. Guests staying for more than one week will incur an additional linen charge. Guests can opt to bring their own linens for a credit. Please inquire for more information.
