Erin’s house worked perfectly for our 2 family beach holiday. The house was clean and had everything we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed for cooking meals at home. It is a quick walk to a lovely beach. Erin was communicative and responsive when we had questions. We would happily stay here again.

Great accommodations in a fantastic neighborhood

This home was perfect for a long weekend with our family. The beach is a short walk (or 5-10 min drive to many other beautiful spots along the RI coast), bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, kitchen is well equipped, and property manager was very quick to answer questions. We would definitely rent here again!

Amazing week at our favorite beach

Wonderful stay in a beautiful location

We had a lovely beach vacation week at this property. Erin was friendly and easy to coordinate with. The house has modern aspects and is well-kept. It was spacious and very comfortable. The location is beautiful, we could walk to the beach, and my kids loved running around the yard! We would definitely stay again!

Perfect beach house

Erin is a wonderful host. There was a nice surprise touch of fresh flowers on arrival. Great communication both before and during our stay. Easy walk to the beach which was great for kids. Even though the weather didn’t cooperate for our stay, we still had a great time. Easy drive to the zoo and local restaurants.

RI get away

We thoroughly enjoyed our home away from home . The rental was very well stocked and clean . Erin was great to communicate with , very prompt . The beach was a quick walk and everything is close to drive to . We will be back. !

Wonderful family time

Spacious home on beautifully maintained yard, plenty of room to play with side deck off kitchen that offers nice shade in the afternoon.Loved the easy walk to the beach-ten minutes and directly down the road through the grassy cut through to the beach. Quiet neighborhood, great for cycling and taking walks.Note that one bedroom on second floor with two beds has no AC, so if you like it real cool in that space it would be challenging on hot days. We kept the door open from the other bedroom with AC to help keep it a bit cooled down and used the many fans provided. There is a breeze that runs across the room so if its not too muggy that is an option, we had hot and muggy days so that wasnt really working for us. Overall, well appointed with towels and bedding which is a big plus and Erin was worked with us on checking in and making sure we had what we needed.My family really enjoyed the visit and said they would be happy to come back again!

URI Family Weekend

We visited the area for URI family weekend. We shared the home with another family whose daughter also attends URI. It was the perfect size and location for our needs. The kitchen is on the smaller size, but it was very well equipped and stocked the "little things" you don't always think about (salt/pepper, coffee filters, paper plates, foil, etc.). We were on the go a lot, so no big meal prep required. It more than met our needs. Plenty of beds and extra blankets, 2 bathrooms were enough for us, and there were a ton of towels. It rained most of the weekend, so we didn't really get a chance to enjoy the outside property, but it was lovely. Large deck and beautiful backyard. Maybe next time :-) The home was perfectly located for us. Only about 40 minutes from Providence Airport, 20 minutes to URI, walking distance to the beach, a well stocked grocery "mart" (not a giant store) was literally around the corner, and some local favorites (Ocean Mist) no more than a mile away. The owner was absolutely delightful and very responsive to the few questions I had (like where to get the best pizza). This is a lovely home...we were very comfortable here and would definitely stay again. We were not disappointed.

Great stay

This home is lovely and perfect for our family gathering. Communication was great as well. The only thing I would have loved were bigger beds for the couples. Aside from that, it was great.

Wonderful Home in the Perfect Location - has it all!

We had an incredible week! From start to finish Erin was an amazing host. The home offers everything you can ask for and more. 4 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with an outdoor shower gave everyone the privacy we wanted but also offers an open concept kitchen/living area and a large deck for everyone to be together. Perks like a gas grill, central air, board games, and the beach pass were also the added bonus! The home is in walking distance to a market, ice cream shop, and the beach. Thanks again Erin, can't wait to come back!

Summer in Matunuck

We made our reservation pretty late in the season and were lucky to find this gem of a property available due to a cancellation. We were very impressed with the quiet location and amenities. A short walk to the beach, restaurants and a market. Everything we need was in this little town. I’ll be returning for sure.

Erin wasn’t kidding when she said just bring a beach towel!

Everything was very neat and clean and the full kitchen outdoor shower and grill made our vacation a breeze. The large rooms and dining/living area are super comfy. Nice walk to a beautiful beach, ice cream and market.

Beautiful and Quiet

The location and the house were perfect. Easy walk to the beach every day. The house is roomy and beautiful. Erin is a fabulous host who is always available if you need her. She has everything there that you would need for a relaxing vacation. We will definitely be back!

Marvelous Matunuck

You dream, you plan, you hope that a vacation goes the way you want. For us, our dream vacation became our perfect vacation after staying a week at Erin's property in Matunuck. We needed a place that had everything and required nothing to do, and choosing this private home made that possible. From the moment we opened the door, no time was wasted shopping for necessary items, and we could begin enjoying the convenience of short walks to our favorites places: Theatre By The Sea, Ocean Mist and the Vanilla Bean. And when we tired of the ocean and beach (ha,ha), we returned to our "home" and relaxed either within the spacious indoors or outside on the private lawn. [But, always we were still able to hear the comforting and soothing sounds of the nearby waves.] Since my wife and I are both former TBTS artists, the best review we can give to Erin and her overall efforts would be a resounding, "BRAVO."
