The 1.7 acre estate property sits on a beautiful stretch of white sandy beach at the north end of Atlantic Beach. The Estate was designed in 1961 in a mid-century modern architectural design, featuring inverted California redwood ceilings that overhang the house which allows the doors and windows to be open when raining, travertine, teak, with glass and light throughout. The Estate has an expansive lush oceanfront lawn with a natural dune system leading to the ocean.

The rate includes utilities, internet, and access to the pool and beach. Does not include taxes, cleaning fees, and a security deposit. Well behaved pets are permitted for an additional fee. We are five minutes from the town center with many shops and restaurants and the Spa at the 5-star One Ocean Resort; 20 minutes from the Mayo Clinic and 40 minutes from Jacksonville International Airport.
