Summary:
A awe-inspiring apartment located in one of the most lively neighborhoods in the District. Our Fully Furnished Apartment offers pet-friendly accommodation and free WIFI,  air-conditioned and features a flat-screen TV with FREE NETFLIX. There is also fully equipped with a kitchen, private bathroom with a shower, free toiletries, and a hairdryer. Easy access to downtown also.

Other Things to Note:
Video tour of the apartment is available on request.

Pets are allowed for an additional fee of $50 per pet per 5-day stay. Restrictions apply.

Parking is available onsite which cost $25 per day per car and reservation is needed.

We manage multiple apartments in this building and neighborhood. You will be allotted one of the many apartments at this address. It may be possible that the photos are not an exact match since the layout of various apartments is different. However, the size, area, facilities, and amenities of all apartments are the same. By reserving this property, the guest agrees that they are accepting of the fact that photos may not exactly match the actual apartment to which they are allotted, and they will not stake any claim for the mismatch of the photos.

Keys are a minimum of $150/key to replace. A fee will apply if they are lost, or not returned on time before 11 am. You will be fully responsible for damages and noise complaints.

"We are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of cash, jewelry, or other valuables left unattended in guest rooms. We are also not responsible for articles/valuables left behind by guests and found after guest's departure.

A refundable security deposit of up to $500 might be asked upon booking. The property host will contact you directly.

Please do not go to the leasing office, instead, directly call the customer hotline number for any concerns.

Payment Schedule:
We will take a prepayment of $100 upon booking confirmation, prepayment is taken from your total and the remaining balance will be charged to you 14 days before your arrival. If the reservation is within 14 days before arrival we will charge your reservation full.

Additional Fee:
• Admin Fee: 18% of the rent
• Service fee: 3.5% of the total

OTHER PAYMENT OPTIONS: If you pay via Zelle, Apple Pay or Cash App we will give you a discount.

Overwhelming - Heavy chlorine smell upon entering. Toxic. Apt not properly cleaned, hair and “dust bunnies” still seen around the apartment. Size of apartment and location are 5 Star.

DC Stay

This VRBO was clean, convenient and had all the basic necessities. Communication was excellent. It was pretty bare-bones and was obviously a rental, not much ambience, but worked for what we needed.

Great place to stay

The apartment was clean, and beds were comfortable. Close to National Mall and restaurants. Convenient little grocery store right around the corner. Only issue was with key pad not working, but apartment manager Crystal was very helpful resolving the problem quickly.

Clean and comfortable

This property was good for our group of four. Conveniently located to all the sights of Washington. The check-in process was smooth and communication was excellent. Highly recommended. We would stay again.

The Apartment is in a perfect location to see DC. Beautiful apartment with all essentials. Host was super helpful. We had a question while check-in and they immediately helped us. We stayed for 3 nights.

Family (Sister & Brothers) get away

The property was just as advertised, the first impression was the young lady at the front desk, she was so nice and helpful. The pre-check in instruction were precise and easy. The apartment was nice (smell good) clean and easy access to move around the city. The only reason i couldn't give a 5 rating, we had a lot of issues with the TV, kept losing connection with the internet; so watching TV was a hit or miss. The family had a awesome vacation and everyone was comfortable and enjoyed their stay in Washington DC.

Perfect for Four

We stayed 4 nites & it was perfect. There were 4 of us, so having 2 bathrooms was great. The furnishings were comfortable & the apartment was very clean. Plenty of dishes, pots, etc., so you can cook. There is a small market around the corner & a Metro station very close. The VRNO staff very nice to deal with, they respond immediately. Highly recommend the apartment & would suggest booking a parking space if you have a car. It will make your life much easier. We would stay again. staff

Great corporate apt

A colleague and I stayed for a work trip. The apartment was great - very clean, plenty of privacy for two, as the bedrooms and bathrooms are spread apart. Very clean! Lots of towels and some toiletries provided. There was even coffee in our apartment. Not sure if that is provided each time or we lucked out from previous renter. If you arrive after hours, there’s no one at the front desk so be sure to get check-in instructions before you arrive to the building. Nice little balcony and great windows. I would stay again for sure!

Stay was fine but needs improvement

Communication was good. We did struggle to lock the unit when leaving- better instructions would have been helpful. The apartment was clean. The location was good to all DC tourists spots. However it is located across the street from government funding housing. The week we stayed DC was very hot- the AC in apartment could not keep up and didn’t cool the unit down. Especially when the dryer was going the unit was very hot. Also, it doesn’t have any fans. Half of the blinds on the windows didn’t work. So the mornings and during the day the unit was very bright. Overall out stay was fine but disappointed the temperature.

Convenient location, accommodates basic needs

The apartment is close to a metro station which was great because we chose not to rent a car. We were permitted to leave our luggage before the official check in time while the cleaners were there which was much appreciated so that we could go explore the city. As stated in the description, the apartment for your stay is not necessarily the one in the photos. Our apartment did not have a balcony as pictured which was disappointing. It also did not have a dining table. The apartment is very basic. The kitchen has your basic every day needs. Check-in could be explained a little more clearly. We were standing in the lobby calling for support to find out which apartment we were in. We couldn’t use the elevator or stairs to get to the apartment without the key fobs which were upstairs in the apartment. I’m assuming these issues may not be a problem when not checking in early. The apartment was relatively clean. There was trail mix that someone had spilled under one of the beds and dust and dirt accumulated in the corners and baseboards of the rooms. I broke out in hives the first night and soon realized I was having an allergic reaction to the laundry detergent or fabric softener used for the bedding. I wound up washing the sheets with a gentle detergent which resolved that issue; however, anywhere the comforter touched my skin resulted in more hives. I only mention this to warn others with sensitive skin. This apartment could use a little more attention to detail.
