Majestic Maples is a gorgeous home that was completely remodeled in the summer of 2024! A slice of heaven on a secluded bay on Kentuck Lake with plenty of room for the family to relax. Majestic Maples is a vacation paradise where you can enjoy all the Northwoods has to offer! Whatever you're interested in, you can do it ALL right here - boat, kayak, snowmobile, ATV, fish, hike, or curl up with a good book. This lake home sits on 3 acres and can sleep 10 comfortably. Plenty of parking for your vehicles, toys and trailers with our two-car attached garage and circle driveway. You will love this treasured getaway!

HIGHLIGHTS:
Outside near the dock, there is a canoe, two kayaks, an oar boat, and a paddle boat. We also have a firepit to enjoy smores and storytelling at night. Off the main level living area is a covered porch that wraps around to a large open deck with seating. The walk-out finished basement has foosball and air hockey. There are bedrooms and bathrooms on each level of the home with DirectTV in the living room and family room. A fully equipped kitchen with a gas range, linens, and an outdoor grill provided. The home has AC, Smart TVs, and two fireplaces. TV's are set-up with HuluTV for live streaming, as well as Netflix.

DOG FRIENDLY:
This home is dog-friendly, so enjoy your vacation with your furry friend! We allow up to 2 dogs for $40/day (a maximum of $250 per stay). Just select the pet option when booking your stay. Pets MUST be crated if left alone. NO EXCEPTIONS. Guests are responsible for their pets while on the property, including any damage caused by them.

LAKES:
Kentuck Lake is a 1,001-acre full rec lake. Across the lake is sandy; at the property, it is a natural shoreline with a muck bottom. We have a dock to tie up your boat and the launch is just a short distance away. You can expect to catch Musky, Walleye, Small and Large Mouth Bass, and plenty of nice sized Panfish. Other nearby lakes include North Twin and Big Sand.

TRAILS:
If you are into hiking, across the street is the National Forest. You can take off from your ATV or snowmobile right from the home to get onto the nearby trails. Check out the various Clubs on our "Destinations" page to navigate all the trail systems.

THE AREA:
The house is within 15 min of downtown Eagle River, 45 min from Minocqua, and an hour's drive to beautiful Bond Falls. Officially recognized as the Snowmobile Capital of the World, Eagle River is a haven for winter sports enthusiasts with a massive network of off-road trails to explore and recreation facilities galore. Situated in the heart of Wisconsin's 28 Chain of Lakes region, endless ways exist to enjoy time out on the water. Packed with small-town charm, downtown Eagle River offers many shops and restaurants to explore close to home.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
At Vacation Rental Collective, we understand the importance of flexibility for travelers when it comes to cancellations. Travelers are subject to the cancellation policy applicable to the specific booking platform on which they made their reservation. Guests are encouraged to review the cancellation terms and conditions provided by the booking platform at the time of booking and familiarize themselves with the specific terms and conditions applicable to their reservation. For example, if booking through Airbnb, VRBO, , and other similar OTA sites.

When booking directly through us on our Vacation Rental Collective website a non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
