Open concept, main floor with a cozy living area, office nook, well-appointed kitchen, screened-in porch, and jewel box powder room. The second floor boasts an inviting master with a private balcony, king bed, and daybed, and a bright second bedroom with two full beds. Custom walk-in shower, double vanity, comfortable linens, and ensuite laundry complete the top story. Plenty of room for adults, kids, and furry friends to hang together and have a comfortable sleeping space. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the private, outdoor rain shower and enjoy dinner and a campfire in the fully-fenced backyard, complete with string lights and mature landscaping. An outdoor grill, high-end cooktop, bar seating, and outdoor picnic table are just what you need to prepare and serve a tasty meal.
Located in the heart of the sought-after numbered streets, a 4-minute walk gets your feet in the sand to enjoy the sunrise with a coffee, surfing, and plenty of beach relaxation. Walk toward the ocean and stop by Cafe 11 for good eats, craft beer, and tunes.
