A beach vacation is better with a beach view! Seawinds 3, a Gulf-front condo in Miramar Beach, offers just that. The three-level rental features amazing views from large windows and waterfront balconies. It also includes four bedrooms, four baths, and spacious living accommodations. The townhome can sleep up to 15 vacationers.

The main gathering area is located on the second floor. With soaring ceilings and sunny windows, the room is comfortable and welcoming. Hardwood and tile flooring flows throughout, adding to the beach-chic atmosphere. A glass door opens onto a furnished beachfront balcony, perfect for enjoying incredible views, coastal breezes, and a refreshing tropical drink. Inside, the unique living area combines living and dining space, creating a relaxing spot to dine and hang out with your fellow vacationers. A gray sectional, which converts into a sleeper sofa, centers around a raised, glass-topped dining table with four chairs and bench seating. A wall-mounted flatscreen TV is there to provide entertainment throughout the day. Tile extends into kitchen, with granite countertops, white cabinetry, and stainless steel and black appliances. A table between the kitchen and living areas offers additional seating for casual dining.

Sleeping quarters are found on all three levels of the condo. On the first floor, you will find two guest bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a king-size bed and private bath with a walk-in shower apiece, while one also has a blue queen-size sleeper sofa and access to a beach-level balcony. A kid’s bunk room shares the second level with the main living area. The bunk room has two twin bunks and access to a full hall bath. The luxurious loft master suite is located on the third floor. This suite boasts a king-size bed, a cozy nook with a twin bed, stunning Gulf views, and an en-suite bath with dual vanities and a glass-walled shower.

A vacation at Seawinds ensures guests enjoy access to everything needed for a great Destin getaway. Its Gulf-front location means walking to the beach takes less than one minute. Other nearby conveniences include popular restaurants like the Whale’s Tail and Pompano Joe’s, discount shopping at Silver Sands Premium Outlets, and fun entertainment hotspots like the Village of Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard. Ocean Reef Resorts guests receive reduced rates for golf, tennis, and other recreational activities at the neighboring Seascape Resort.
