The property is lovely, very comfortable and located perfectly if you want to golf, eat or shop. The pool was a perfect way to cool off after a round of golf. Would totally recommend staying here!! The owner is very responsive and helpful. Home away from home.

Home was clean, comfortable and inviting. Host was very helpful and responsive with questions. Only feedback would be to clean up the back yard. A lot of space not maintained well. Pool was great for the kids.

This place was perfect for our visit to Phoenix. The check in was one of the smoothest I've ever experienced, we had all the info. and got in the house with ease. We were visiting family, and the big living area was perfect for playing board games and watching football over New Year's. The house was clean and well stocked with towels and everything you need in the kitchen, and it's just a few minutes to the grocery store to stock up.

Very clean and comfortable home. Had everything we needed. Unfortunately it rained and we couldn't sit out by the pool. The only bad thing was the weeds in the back yard. Owner was awesome and communicated with us

This was a very lovely home! It was clean and super cute. The price was fair, the bed and couch was very comfy, and the neighborhood quiet. Although it was just me, it would be perfect for a small family. The pool was a decent size and very refreshing from the extreme heat that was going on. The host, Morgan, was spectacular! She was extremely friendly and very accommodating! Any questions or things that need to be addressed, she was on it right away. If ever given the opportunity, I would definitely stay here again. And I would (and will) also highly recommend it to others!

Could not find switch for backyard lights or pool lights. Second bathroom’s (sink) water did not get hot. Backyard needs attention. These are very minor notes and overall, it was a beautiful 4-night stay. We will definitely look for this property when we return to Phoenix.

Our host was wonderful! The house was immaculately clean, comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was so bright, clean and well stocked! Our host was great with communication and answering all of our questions. Upon arrival, there was no laundry soap or garbage bags and she offered to bring them right over. There were the normal wear and tear items (minor stains under dining room table, chairs at the table, chipped/broken coffee cups, TV in master bedroom had screen issues) but definitely not anything that caused any issues for us during our stay. The pool was very clean but too cold for swimming; still good for sitting on the side and dangling legs in! I would definitely stay here again!

This was such a great place for us to spend a girls weekend with my daughters, mother, and mother-in-law. The convenience of the property location was just a bonus to the home itself. It was exactly what was shown in the listing and I have experienced properties in the past that were not. Beautiful home!

We really enjoyed our time at the house. There was plenty of space for our group and the beds were very comfortable. We were centrally located to all of our activities. Morgan was a great host and we look forward to staying in her home again.
