Cozy in the Cape Villa is a TOTALLY REMODELED home with 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Beautiful Italian Terrazzo flooring through out, all new appliances & furniture. Epoxy garage floor w/ping pong table. Screened lanai with NEW Heated salt water Pool.
The space is in the sought after South West area of Cape Coral. Gulf access means you can bring your own boat and have access to the Gulf of Mexico or use a local boat rental company. Enjoy the local beaches in Fort Myers & Sanibel or visit the Yacht Club pool and restaurant. We are centrally located close to many great restaurants, bars, movie theater, water park and even mini golf.
Fully renovated home with all new kitchen and baths. We provide Free Wi Fi and smart TV's in each bedroom. We provide a fully equipped kitchen, laundry and baths with soap, shampoo and detergent. In the garage you will find a ping pong table, fishing pole, bikes, beach chairs and a cooler for some fun in the sun!

Wonderful Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Home was comfortably furnished and clean with thoughtful touches everywhere. Bring water shoes; the pool was a bit rough on the skin, especially if you have children. shoes

Wonderful Vacation

We enjoyed the location (close to city center but in a quiet neighborhood). The house was very clean and well organized. We were very comfortable inside and outside. The pool is fabulous and beautiful to see at night! Sunrise to the left and sunset to the right. We will definitely consider this property again!

Cozy was right! Awesome place, so cute and comfortable including the beds. Great pool! Had fun taking a bike ride, playing ping pong and relaxing! We had everything we needed. Close restaurants near by! Fantastic getaway!

Amazing property!

This home is a great place to stay for a couple or small family. We stay at rental properties several times a year, and i have to say this was by far the cleanest and most well kept property we have stayed at. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed.They provided so many extras that made our stay so much easier. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends. I’ve stayed at a lot of VRBO houses all over the US. This is one of the nicest for the price. It is absolutely the cleanest. The minute you walk through the front door you can just feel how clean it is. Everything is updated and feels new.

Perfect stay

The property was very well maintained and super clean. There is really nothing to complain. The smallest details are considered and everything is prepared to make the stay in the villa as comfortable as possible. Communication with the owners worked very well and timely with clear informations about the stay. Wifi is also working very well. This is definitely a benchmark for other villas.

Wonderful Thanksgiving Stay

Cozy in the Cape was such a lovely place to stay. We felt right at home. We had everything we needed from a stocked kitchen and bathroom to a well-maintained outdoor space. The location is perfect with a number of stores just a short drive away, most notably Walmart right up the road. The garage space was great and the provided bikes and fishing rods added something extra to make our stay even more enjoyable. We honestly could not find anything negative to say about our stay. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great Place!

My family of 4 stayed here for a week in the beginning of April. Weather was beautiful. House was spotless and had EVERYTHING you would think you would need for a relaxing stay! My kids (ages 6 and 8) loved the pool! Would definitely stay here again! ❤️

Relaxation at its best!

We throughly loved this property. We would rate the pool and the lanai a 10!!! Best we’ve had in the past 5 years. Darlene was very attentive to our needs and very pleasant to deal with. Property is bright, cheery and clean.

Perfect Stay

From the moment we pulled in the driveway we knew it was going to be great. The house is in pristine condition in a very clean and organized neighborhood. The floor plan is open. The large livingroom with the view of the pool and waterway are welcoming as you walk in. The kitchen is stocked with everything you might need. Beautiful dishes, pots and pans and all accessories even including spices! Both bedrooms are roomy with comfy beds and the bathrooms are latest style with huge showers. The pool is heated. Look no more! This is the perfect home away from home! It's very clean, very well organized and everything you need is provided! Every little thing is labeled, I love it! The owner is so easy to communicate with. The location is very convenient.It's close to Walmart and a lot of nice restaurants. There are bikes ( the most comfortable seats) for the guests to use. My family really enjoyed the house . Thank you ❤️

Beautiful view and a great location

A very clean and well-maintained house with a beautiful view to the canal. The pool has color-changing lights and is great for an evening swim. There are beach towels, and also a beach umbrella and chairs in the garage. It's closely located to stores and also the Cape Coral beach. The host was quick to answer any questions we had.

Lovely clean home with great communication.

Darlene is a wonderful host and home owner. She was always quick to respond from prebook thru during our stay. They did a great job updating the home and the salt water pool is perfect. So glad they didn’t replace the terrazzo floors-love them. We look forward to another visit and would definitely stay here again.

The title says it all - perfect. Everything. Super tidy, clean and maintained. Not a single grain of dust anywhere. Lovely, tasteful high-quality interior. Full equipment of kirchen, baths, bedrooms, pool. Ping-pong table (spent hours playing with my son), bikes, beach chairs... Whatever you need, it's there. Surrounding area also great, lots of restaurants, supermarkets etc. available weithin a few minutes of driving. Darlene was amazing the whole time before, during, and at end of our stay. House is absolutely amazing they provide everything !! U really only need to bring urself and ur clothes and just have a great time. Very very clean pool is amazing love the lights the whole vacation was amazing. Friends trip

Everything about this house is great! Check-in was easy, the house was clean, communication with the owner was easy and they answered all questions promptly, the pool was nice and refreshing and the location made it easily accessible to everything we planned. We would definitely book this property again, we loved it!
