You'll also have access to a lovely living room with a cozy sofa bed and a single Bunk Bed. The property provides fantastic amenities like a fitness room, coin laundry, iron, heating, WiFi, and AC. 52" Roku TV in Living Room and 31" in Bedroom
Keurig and Drip Coffee Maker
Toaster, Iron and Board, Hangers, Hair Dryer and Curling Iron
Blender for your favorite Frozen Drinks as well as a hand held Mixer

BEACH GEAR: 4 Beach Chairs, Umbrellas, 2 Boogie Boards & Sand Toys, No Wagon at this time (please take proper care of these items)

*Towels are provided for your stay. There are 2 sets in the Bedroom, 1 set on the Bunk Bed, and 1 set in a plastic bag for the Couch Sleeper Sofa (located in Bedroom Closet). Each set consists of 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel and 1 Wash Cloth. The Sleeper Sofa Set consists of 1 set of sheets w/ 2 pillow cases, 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel & 1 Wash Cloth. There is no towel or linen service being delivered each day. This is your amount for your stay.

*Also supplied: Dish, Laundry & Dishwasher Soaps (2 pods each), Kitchen Towels, Paper Towels, 2 Rolls of Toilet Paper, 2-3 Garbage Bags, Pot Holders, Bath Tissues, Shampoo and Conditioner. This is your amount for your stay.

Washer and Dryers are down the hall. 2 pods are provided for you upon arrival. You will have to go to the Convention Center past the Front Desk to purchase a money card and add credit to it. Each load is $3.00.

$130.00 Cleaning Fee
$35.00 Parking / Resort Fee - 1st paid for at Booking.
$35.00 is per each car, if more than 1 pass is needed, please Identify that upfront so that this fee can be collected through the VRBO account. I will need to know the last name of driver of other vehicle. This money goes toward keeping the resort beautiful as well as helping to pay our 24/7 Security staff

The Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers onsite Tennis Courts & Pro-Shop, along with Jamaica Joe'z Poolside Bar & Grill, Gators Pizza & Wings, CocoNutz Sports Bar with fantastic Large Screens to catch all the action, Playground, Catch-and-Release pond, Bike Rentals onsite. Just down the road from the resort (about 1/4 mile) you will find Adventure Cove Miniature Golf & Arcade!

Owner is always looking for feedback and willing to provide anything to the Condo that guests felt it was missing.

RESORT & CONDO INFORMATION
-Check in time is 4:00pm and Check out time is 10:00am.
-Daily maid service is not included.
-Washer and Dry are located down the hallway where you can purchase a money card to use for service. (They are not coin operated)
-My unit is personally owned and you will be held liable for any damage to the villa & contents.
-NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. (FULL RESORT POLICY)
-NO SMOKING in Condo or on Patio. Please leave unit and smoke in common open area if needed.
-NO E-Bikes - Allowed past the Security Gate. There is a Bike Rack in Convention Center Lot that they can be locked to.
-NO Motorcycles. No vehicles with logos, company or business names, construction debris, refuse, or equipment will be allowed within the gated community between 7pm-8am. (Resort Rule)
-Local telephone service is complimentary and free for Domestic Calls.
-Rental guests must be 21 years of age or older, or have an adult present in the villa for the duration of the rental period.
-Security Gate and onsite presence 24/7.
-Resort Front Desk is open 8AM - 10:00pm for special needs or emergencies
