*** Villamare Work Notice: Community of Villamare will have work being done September 2025 through March 2026. Unit 2219 is in building 2 which is scheduled to have work start in the second half but won't be the last building scheduled. No firm dates have been set by the contractor, but plan on paint and scaffolding on building one in December 2025 and January 2026***
Villamare Community is the closest villa complex to tennis, golf, the General Store, and the Outfitters Center. Villamare has several onsite features including: -Fitness Center-Indoor Pool and Hot Tub(Indoor Pool Heated Year Round!), Oceanfront Adult Only Pool and Oceanfront Community Pool (Opened Seasonally - see below) Outdoor Hot Tubs, Community Grilling Area, Covered Parking, Elevator and much more!!!
- Oceanfront Outdoor Pools are heated seasonally between 3/15 – 5/1 & 10/15 – 12/1 of each year.
- There is also a complete fitness center with a heated indoor pool and hot tubs open year-round! The age requirement is 16 and older and the facilities are open from 7:30am to 5pm.

- Electric boats belonging to property owners are permitted on lakes and lagoons. Gas engines are prohibited.
- No swimming in lakes or lagoons.
- Loud music or excessive noise is not tolerated at any time.
- Alligators are VERY dangerous. State law prohibits any person from feeding, enticing, or harassing alligators.
- Do not feed wildlife of any kind in Palmetto Dunes.
- Absolutely NO hunting or shooting!
- Absolutely no fireworks!
- Towels and swimwear may NOT be hung on porch railings.
- Trash cans must remain in the service yard for pickup. Do NOT bring them to the street."
