The neighborhood is very nice and the people are very friendly, rests just a 4 minute drive from the enchanting Northwood village. In the backyard is the second unit of the home, which houses other guests/tenants

Ideal for long term stays!

During your stay, you/your group get the entire home to yourself. This is NOT a shared space. Guests can access any part of the house except for one room, including the backyard (but not the unit in the backyard). One room has a queen size mattress, a closet, a large dresser and a small dresser. The other room has a twin size mattress and a small dresser. Between the two rooms sits an office space with a fireplace.

Pots, pans, silverware, cups, glasses, a blender, a dishwasher, a garbage disposal, cleaning supplies, spatulas, spices, and various snacks are available for guests

You are more than welcome to park in the driveway, on the main spot (as seen in this listings main photo) , or anywhere on the street
