Beautiful Apartment in the Heart of Downtown! (Loft 203)

We are new to VRBO but we have hundreds of 5 star reviews on many other platforms (including Google, etc.) and have hosted thousands of happy guests over the years! PLEASE read more about the space BEFORE booking!Note: This is an interior room so it does not have exterior windows, but it has plenty of lighting!*All guests have to show proof of ID before arrival. You must be 21 years of age or older to book.***At 506 Lofts, we give back the majority of our profits to local nonprofits who are helping those experiencing homelessness here in Nashville. By staying with us, you are providing warm beds, showers, and meals to those in our community that do not have them. Since 2016, we have provided over 16,000 beds, meals, and showers through our charity partners! None of this would be possible without our guests so thank you for supporting our mission!!This 415 SF interior studio apartment has one king bed, a living area, one queen Joybird sleeper sofa, a beautiful fully stocked kitchenette (everything but an oven/stove), and a full bathroom with double sinks! Comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. Loft 203 features original walls from our 130 year old historic building, a floor to ceiling hand painted mural, a custom made bed frame with unique gold detail, Smeg appliances, and fresh coffee from a local roaster to pair with the french press coffee maker! Although this studio does not have exterior windows, it has plenty of lighting and is the perfect place to rest after a long day of exploring the city! Located in the heart of downtown Nashville, 506 Lofts is 1 block from the Ryman Auditorium and only 2 blocks from the nightlife on Broadway! We are also only 1 block from Printers Alley and next door to Puckett's Restaurant (and many other amazing restaurants). Our location cannot be beat! For our business travelers, we are only three blocks away from the Nashville Convention Center. Due to the convenient location of the lofts, you can leave your car at home and explore the city by foot.------------------------------------------------**Things to note:-This is an interior room so it does not have exterior windows, but it has plenty of lighting!-Access to the building and guest rooms is through a unique key code that we send via email the day before arrival. There is not a check in desk but we are always a phone call or text away if needed 24/7. Guests simply let themselves in with the code we send and start enjoying their time in Music City!-Although there is no on-site parking, there is a wide array of affordable parking options extremely close to the building. Before you arrive, we will send you a detailed parking guide so you have no problem getting to the building or finding somewhere to park!-Because the weekends tend to be our most popular time, we require Friday and Saturday nights to be booked in the same reservation unless the reservation is for 5 nights or longer. Under certain scenarios we can make exceptions to this, so please ask if you are looking to check in or out on Saturday! Also, we require a 2-3 night minimum on most weekends. If you require fewer nights, please send us a request to see if we can make an exception.-506 Lofts is neighbors to a very hip and elegant cigar bar called The Ariston. They have a full bar, a beautiful lounge, and sell high end cigars! The smell is occasionally noticeable in the halls, almost never in the rooms, and is rarely an issue with guests but we want to note it here just to be safe!-You will be welcomed with a basket of local goodies and a book with information about the area, best restaurants, history of the property, maps, etc. in the unit upon arrival. Additionally, this loft has shared access to a washer and dryer in the common hallway (that is shared with 2 other units) free of charge!
