Please Note: The primary guest must be 25 years or older and must be present at the property for the duration of the stay. No third-party bookings allowed. Failure to follow this policy may result in an additional fee or immediate removal from the property without a refund. Late Checkout Fees: In order for our cleaners to maintain an efficient schedule, it is important for guests to check out promptly at their designated check-out time. Guests that do not checkout on time are subject to late checkout fees. This will be strictly enforced and reimbursement for this fee will be charged on the same day. Late checkout fees are as follows:

15+ minutes late: $50
30+ minutes late: $75
1+ hour late: $125
2+ hours late: : $250
