Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home just off Main street. Just a 1 min walk to the famous McLean Park which features a full playground for children, walking trail, lakeside baseball field and tennis courts. 2 min walk to Main Street and 7 min walk to the beach. This beautiful 3 bedroom 2 full bathroom home is located on a large lot in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. The home features a bright and open floor plan great for entertaining. The open living room features a gorgeous brick fireplace and lots of natural light with a queen sleeper sofa. The gourmet kitchen features lots of cabinetry, granite countertop and island counter with breakfast bar, and stainless steel appliances plus a formal dining area! This amazing home features an elegant master bedroom with a queen bed on the first floor, also with large French doors giving access to a relaxing screened porch. An additional master bedroom suite is on the second floor with a king bed, also has a vaulted seating area with a love seat featuring a comfortable queen memory foam sleeper, also you will have private access to an oversized balcony. You will enjoy spectacular weather and huge backyard perfect for grilling out and entertaining! Back yard is fully fenced in. Being in such a great location, not only are you only 2 minutes to the beach, you are also only minutes to delicious restaurants, shops and so much more!

We loved this home for its location and big backyard fully fenced in for our pups. Host was super responsive especially over the holidays when an issue came up regarding the internet. It was taken care of as soon as I notified him.

The home is truly a gem. We were looking for a place with a fenced yard for our dog where she could go out freely and stretch her legs. This place fit the bill. The home is in a great location with the beach being just a few blocks down the road. Really easy to access and being as we went after September 15th, we had no issue taking a stroll on the beach with our dog in the mornings and evenings. The home itself is very comfortable and well kept. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Wonderful property for family with teens and dogs! Nicely equipped, everything in working order, clean and comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood with nearby park. 10 min walk to beach (bring a wagon!). Convenient to downtown N. Myrtle and grocery store. Would stay again, especially with pups, the fenced in yard was a real bonus!

Great beach house in NMB!

House was very nice and well kept! Host was very responsive. The fenced in yard was perfect for the dog! Location was close to beach and restaurants.

The house had plenty of space for us and our dogs. The yard was entirely fenced in, which was great. The beach that’s a 7-9 minute walk from the property is dog friendly after 5pm and in general the property was super close to town and in a great location.

There were a few random things around the house that need some attention (dishes past guests put away dirty, bunk bed step that needs fixed, patio table that was broken) but overall the house was as described and met our families needs well. The neighborhood was great and close to so many things! The fenced yard worked amazing for our dogs and the host was quickly responsive. We would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent!

Lovely home just a few blocks from the beach. Maybe a 10 min walk. Super close to lots of restaurants and nightlife on main street. The house had everything we needed. It was clean and the bed was sooooo comfortable. The backyard was amazing for our two pups. The owner was super responsive on the VRBO app when i had a question. The neighborhood was very quiet considering how close we were to everything. I would absolutely recommend walkplayground, walking trails...etc.

Early summer get away

Loved staying close to the Main Street area of North Myrtle Beach, where we could walk to everything. The house accommodated all of my family's needs. Loved it. A great weekend.

Great family vacation spot

We were very pleased with how easy communication with the owner was. The owner checked in with us periodically. The home was very clean and well stocked with necessary supplies. We enjoyed the uniqueness of the home. The outdoor patio area is a nice addition. The vicinity of the home to our destinations was perfect.

Hidden treasure

Even though the weather did not cooperate, we were very comfortable at our rental house. It was so nice and clean. The beds were fantastic and we were able to bring our dog. What a cute cottage. We would stay there again, for sure!

Comfortable Home

Looks just like the pictures. Walking distance to playground, shops and beach. Quiet neighborhood. Owner is great with communications and responds quickly. Home was clean, beds were comfortable and stocked with supplies. Will stay again if we are in the area again. Great vacation!!!!!

Very nice!

The size of the driveway was smaller than what was shown online, but I was still able to make it work with two motorcycle trailers and two pickup trucks. The neighbors were very friendly and welcoming.The only minor inconvenience was a contractor stopping by to complete some ceiling and drywall repairs. However, the owner handled the situation well and made it right.Communication was excellent—the owner responded promptly and answered all my questions.The beach was within walking distance and conveniently located next to a nice public park. The house was very clean upon check-in and looked exactly as it did in the online photos.I would stay there again!

Great house and location

We were looking for a house in North Myrtle Beach, close to the beach and with a fenced in back yard for our dog. This house did not disappoint. It was just as described in the listing, clean and met all our needs. The location was close to everything in North Myrtle Beach. The host was very accessible and all instructions for check in and out were very clear. All in all, a great place to stay in North Myrtle Beach.

Family Vacation

The property was perfect for us. It was a nice quiet neighborhood with very friendly neighbors. Conveniently located about 2 blocks from the beach. We rented a golf kart and used it to travel to restaurants and the beach with no issues. Theres a really nice park all in shade at the end of the street (half a block maybe) my kids quite enjoyed. Conveniently located to all the stuff hapening at the beach and fastfood/grocery/restaurants and gas stations. Highly recommend

Super Cute / Clean and close to beach!!

My husband and I were in search of a property that was not only clean but within walking distance to the beach and also was able to accommodate our dog. I can tell you this place did not disappoint. The home is welcoming, and clearly showed the owner put a lot of thought into the place. Clean throughout and the yard was private but most importantly very much appreciated by us all. Home was bright and had all the necessities needed for a beach trip. Highly recommend this place. We certainly look forward to returning again soon.

Amazing Home In an Amazing Community

My entire family loved their stay at the house. The backyard has tons of privacy and a screened in back porch. Since there are a lot of young adults/teens at the home, this home was segmented enough to give them the space they needed and allow us to come together as a family and bond. I love how the home is a short walk to the beach. The location is right by main street where all the action takes place but it is also far enough so you’re not disturbed. The owners are really kind and provided a few beach essentials too. Our stay was really peaceful, serene and even therapeutic.

Nice place

Very pretty and clean home about 15 minutes (walk) to the beach. We rented a golf cart to help transport coolers, chairs, etc. The beautiful backyard (for our dog) was not accessible from inside the house which was inconvenient when it rained. The kitchen was beautiful although it lacked a blender. I would have brought ours if I had known. We purchased an inexpensive one. We wouldn’t

Overall house was great but one major warning for future renters

Everything about the place was great. Clean, cozy, nice backyard and a great location close to the beach. The issue I have is that there is a camera on the display of the security system in the living room that views the entire room. I found videos from previous renters and the fact that there is a camera inside the unit and this was not disclosed is completely unacceptable and possibly illegal. I completely understand outside cameras, and I would do the same if I had a rental, but a camera inside the unit is a different story.

Unsatisfied..Left Next Morning Early

Honestly, we felt the house was very overpriced & phots were more appealing than actual stay there. The blue furniture in pic on screened porch was missing, junk was on screened porch, living room couch was sunken in a little & not comfortable for us, & bathrooms were a disappointment with one toilet a bit wobbly. The house was several blocks in from the ocean and had a basement-like feel to us. Poop from previous occupant's dog was left & we had to clean it. Back yard & well stocked kitchen seemed the only nice features to us. We stayed one afternoon/evening & left next morning, several days earlier so we lost our money. Host just texted that he was sorry we weren"t happy. Kitchen was well stocked but pan we used was pretty old. Neighborhood seemed not the best & ground plants were not as well trimmed as in pictures. Balcony overlooked driveway & old house across street. Would not recommend this house. We noticed many nicer places even front for same price. In our opinions, this was a big disappointment so that is why we left right away.
