Beautifully updated beach house in the heart of Kill Devil Hills NC!
You'll be treated like Family and Friends at this adorable oceanside vacation home at milepost 8.75 in Kill Devil Hills! Brightly decorated with a tasteful, beach-related theme, this sweet bungalow is only 750 feet from the beach access and centrally located to some great OBX hot spots! Whether it’s on the cozy back porch, or in the backyard patio, complete with a park grill and picnic table, you’ll have plenty of places to relax after a long day at the beach. As an added bonus, the homeowners have provided a cornhole set and a beach cart to ensure your beach excursions are both easy and enjoyable. At Family and Friends, you’ll have everything you need to enter into an island state of mind!
Conveniently located in central Kill Devil Hills, you will be within walking distance of the historic birthplace of flight - the Wright Brothers Monument. Just 5 minutes to the south, you will find Jockey’s Ridge State Park, home to the world’s largest sand dune. For dinner, treat yourself (and maybe your friends and family, too) at one of the many local hot spots, like the Outer Banks Brewing Station or Jack Brown’s.
Please note that the pyramid bunk bedroom TV does not have cable. No pets or smoking.
The front and back decks have been completely redone for the 2024 rental season!

Main Level: Sun decks on both north and south sides of home. Open concept kitchen and dining areas. Living area with flat screen TV. Jack and Jill bathroom (tub/shower combo) between pyramid and queen bedrooms.
