Oceanfront Palms Residences Villa: 2 Bed 3 Bath
Newly painted and furnished in 2024, this villa has 2 large bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and 2 private outdoor patios overlooking the Pacific Ocean. This is a true beachfront property: the white sand beach and Pacific ocean water are 50 steps from your door-a 30 SECOND walk!
The primary suite has a king bed, high vaulted ceilings and an ensuite full bathroom with shower, jacuzzi tub, and double sinks. a remote controls the blackout curtains so you can sleep well at night, and then open your curtains to see the Pacific ocean from your bed before your feet even touch the floor. The primary suite also has a large oceanfront balcony with lounging chairs for private ocean views.
The guest bedroom has brand new mattresses that can be configured two twin beds or a king, It has an ensuite bathroom with shower, and a loft bed that sleeps one child (old enough to climb a ladder)
Downstairs find new living room furniture (2024-not yet pictured) a gourmet full appointed cook's kitchen, full-size washer/dryer and another full bathroom with shower and a beautiful outdoor patio with ocean views.
We love books and games and there is a great selection to use during your stay-including Scrabble, parcheesi, and bananagrams, A selection of current fiction--(good beach reads). And Kadima for fun in the sand. The Palms also has a kayak and paddleboards for guest use.
The Palms has everything you need on vacation: a fully equipped gym and massages on site, an outdoor kitchen with professional gas grills, a full-service restaurant next door (but they'll also deliver), and an amazing concierge to help you plan activities during your stay. Two pools as well as a wide white sand beach and the Pacific Ocean literally steps from your door.

This villa is hosted by our family. Along with an assist from the warm and wonderful Palms staff on site, we have newly furnished and we maintain the villa ourselves. We are proud to offer it directly to our guests rather than using a rental management firm like many of the other search results you'll find. There is an onsite team, but I am personally committed to making your stay great. This ensures super fast responses, increased flexibility, and personal attention throughout your stay. We are new owners as of March 2024 and have earned 5 star reviews from every guest who has stayed with us so far. The photos don't do the place justice--its even better than it looks.
Por qué escogió este alojamiento
We spent several vacations at the Palms before becoming owners. Our kids: 20, 18 and 13-who are very different-all agree that the Palms is their favorite place to be. The villas is just a few steps to the #1 beach in Costa Rica: Flamingo Beach. Cushioned beach chairs and umbrellas at the ready each morning, but if you aren't a beach person, there are tons of other activities close by--we've done ziplines, river rafting, hiking, sailing, surf lessons and ATVs.

We had never been to such a quiet secluded beach with this kind of direct access. The family-style villas with three full baths and a kitchen literally steps to the Pacific Ocean. We still can't believe we found this slice of paradise.
