4-Day Stay

Came for graduation weekend and had a GREAT visit. Perfect location, comfortable and clean apartment, lovely deck and responsive property management. Would definitely stay there again.

Cute Upstairs Apartment by State Street

The top spot in Santa Barbara

It is just steps away from State Street and the condo is private and very well appointed. If you would like to be in downtown Santa Barbara, this is the place.

Great Getaway.

Nice penthouse in a great spot. Easy to walk or drive anywhere. Santa Barbara Public Market was a great spot to eat, and it’s only one block away.

Great quiet location

Great property! Had all the amenities we needed. We eneded up staying at the Juniper property with paradise, as the initial pick (which is pictured)was no longer available due to a cancelation from the owner. Would definitely stay at Juniper again.

Central location high above Santa Barbara

Beautiful condo with well stocked kitchen. Enjoyed the comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces. Was easy to access both on foot and by car. It was likely the nicest we've every stayed in.

Great location

We rented this place for a girls getaway. It worked out great. The location is 1.5 miles walking distance to Stearns Wharf. We had a great time and would stay here again.

Had the BEST stay

We couldn’t have asked for anything more. This place is in the heart of Santa Barbara. It had everything we needed and more…it’s like they read our minds! We especially loved the wrap around porch and the views of “America’s Riveria”.

A great penthouse apartment with gorgeous views.

I would highly recommend Cityscape. The location is very central and close to restaurants and shops. It is a beautiful apartment with a fantastic view.

Thank You - would stay again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was well appointed and offered everything we needed. It's in walking distance to a few of the highest rated SB restaurants and close to the beach. We rented bicycles and used them to get around everywhere. We hope we have the opportunity to stay again.

25th Anniversary getaway

Property was well located with close proximity to plenty of restaurants and shopping. It was private, quiet and safe. The unit was clean and well stocked with supplies. The balcony was a top feature of the property.

Nice, well stocked apartment just one block from State Street. Very walkable to most places we went to, including great restaurants and shops. Fantastic, large balcony space! Communicative property management. Would not hesitate to stay again!

Just Perfect

This stay is one of the few places where the photos just don't do it justice. We had such an amazing stay in Santa Barbara thanks to Paradise Retreats. The location is perfectly situated on the northwest side of downtown where it was quiet by sundown but close enough to walk to the restaurants with ease. A total hidden gem, can't wait to come back!

Lovely peaceful super convenient

My friend and I had a fantastic stay in Santa Barbara, and greatly appreciated this relaxed, spacious condo with terrific amenities and convenience to the entire downtown. We were able to combine working remotely with lots of exploring & beautiful beaches and dining. A wonderful find!

Perfection

We enjoyed our stay at Cityscape Penthouse immensely. It was clean, well decorated and comfortable. The location was great. We walked almost everywhere and clocked many hours on that beautiful terrace. We would love to come back in the future.
