Acceso doméstico de agua en la comunidad de Suissevale en Moultonboro. Toallas de baño, ropa de cama y productos de papel se proporcionan. Terminado en tres niveles. La planta principal tiene una cocina abierta, comedor y sala de estar. Fuera de la sala es un porche que conduce a una cubierta que envuelve alrededor de dos lados de la casa. Hay un medio baño en este nivel. Arriba hay tres dormitorios. La suite principal tiene su propio baño completo y vestidor. Las otras dos habitaciones comparten un baño enorme. En la planta baja hay una sala de final con dos juegos de literas y un montón de espacio para jugar. También, hay otra 3/4 baño en este nivel. Acceso a Internet WiFi. Dispone de aire acondicionado. El patio trasero tiene un pozo de fuego. El agua es de alrededor de 200 yardas de distancia y la playa está a una media milla de distancia a lo largo de la carretera de Castas Shores. Con acceso a la playa de la comunidad, casa club, pista de tenis y zona de juegos, esta es una gran casa de vacaciones.

Great stay

House was clean and comfortable to stay in and had everything you needed. Pete was very responsive when we had a question. Would recommend 10/10 for a family vacation stay! The beach was very close to the house and a beautiful part of the lake. Would book again!

Great!

We recently enjoyed a week vacation here and had a great week! The house was very clean and spacious. The neighborhood was great for walking. The lake is just amazing! Our clan included 5 kids under the age of 6 and 8 adults. We would definitely come back to this house!

Sisters reunion

No complaints, very well appointed with all the essentials. Made our own beds with provided linens which added to the sense of cleanliness and freshness, even blankets had been washed. Location would make more sense in the summer as a beautiful beach was down the road.

4th of July stay

Pete’s property is beautifully maintained. Our group of 12 had plenty of space through out the home. We enjoyed the beach which was a little over a 1/2 mile walk. But having the beach pass to drive down and drop all the beach gear was a plus. Thank you for the hospitality!

Excellent house for a group of 6

Stayed for 9 nights for my daughter’s wedding at the Castle. It was a perfect spot. Great place with lots of room. Only suggestions for improvement- master bed mattress was not great and the sound on the TV in the living room kept messing up. Other than that, everything else was perfect.

Great space and great location!

My friends and I do a yearly get together and we are so happy we found this home! It was super clean and was a nice quiet area with the beach just minutes away! The host left clear instructions and was very friendly. We all really enjoyed our time here.

Quiet getaway

Really nice house--seems brand new. Everything you could need or want to cook etc... Quiet neighborhood--aaahhh! Beach with playground for kids is half a mile away--easy, safe walk along a dirt road. Beach etc was not accessible to renters on Saturdays (so check in and check out days). Location gave us access to many hikes and other outdoor activities.

Great home. Great host

We stayed here with 2 families with 5 teenage/ young adult children. Check in process was easy, home was super clean, and although it is not a home right on the lake, it was only a 1/2 mile walk to the private beach that we had access to. (You could also drive and park there)The beach was very nice for a lake beach. The home had a great finished basement/ space for the kids, a wonderful porch, and plenty of room for all. It was well air conditioned on hot days. Neighborhood was quiet. We hiked nearby Mt Morgan that had a beautiful view. The host was accessible if needed, and responded to all requests. You also have access to tennis courts for anyone who is interested in playing. Would definitely stay here again with multiple families.

Worked for us!

Overall everything was really good at this property.The kitchen was decently stocked and toiletries were well stocked.I would suggest some repairs to the barstools in the kitchen as we weren't comfortable with the safety of sitting on them, but it wouldn't be a deal breaker of rebooking this property.

Perfect lake vacation

We loved our stay at this meticulous home! The house had everything we needed and was walking distance to the beach. We loved the screened-in porch, foosball table, and fire pit. The house was very well stocked. Peter was incredibly responsive and helpful. Suissevale is one of our absolute favorite spots and we will definitely hope to stay at this home again. Highly recommend!

Nice stay

We had a very nice stay. Pete was very good about leaving his number and info on the property. It was perfect for our group. LOVED the screen porch! My husband, who is a big guy, had trouble with the softness of the bed, but no one else had any complaints. I recommend this property!

Weekend in January

We had an awesome weekend stay here! Peter was super accommodating and very easy to get in touch with. The house is beautiful and much bigger in person than it looks in the photos. The beds were super comfy and there were plenty of towels! We will definitely be back!

Family Wedding

We had a great stay at Peter’s home. It worked out perfect for my Family attending my niece’s wedding at Castle in the Clouds. The house was very clean which Peter assured me he would over see with us being in this pandemic. I would high recommend the house.

We had a really nice stay. The house was clean, well kept, well provisioned, and very spacious. All of our interactions with Peter the owner were also very positive. He was very helpful and replied to our texts and emails promptly. Highly recommended.

Incredible house!

We were shocked at the size of this house, the pictures don't do it justice. Absolutely great setup for us: two families with 5 kids between us... we just threw all the kids in the basement and had peace and quiet for ourselves. Nightly game-nights on the screened in porch, a short pleasant walk to the beach. We've stayed in Suissevale for 3-4 vacations now, and this is by far our favorite rental property!

It is the perfect place to bring a family in the summer. The beach is on a peninsula with the only access being over a foot bridge. It is a safe and fun place to bring the kids. Minutes away from all the hiking trails at Castle in the Clouds. Tennis and playgrounds in the summer. Sledding hill and access to snowmobile trails in the winter.
