This property is also less than 10 miles from a number of popular local attractions including the Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters, Key Colony Beach Golf, the Dolphin Research Center, and the Seven Mile Bridge. This is the perfect retreat for anyone who loves to fish! A bait station, hose, and freezer are available near canal.

Inside this open, bright, and airy home, you'll find a well-equipped, full kitchen with a complete suite of stainless steel appliances to make meal prep a joy! Dine together at the adjacent table, and then relax in the screened sunroom or in the main living area with it's large, plush sectional and streaming-capable TV all ready for movie nights.

Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and a gas grill for when you want to spice up that home-cooked menu. There is also an air mattress available for use if needed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
