Great house with a great view of the river. It was immaculate and had everything you could possibly need. The host left detailed instructions for the house. Also had a great fire pit. We would definitely book again.

The home is comfortable with good furniture and bedding. The kitchen is well stocked, and some nice extra perks were provided by the Host. Thank you so very much. The area is very charming with good fishing and crabbing. We went after scallop season so things were very quiet. There are limited grocery store options (post hurricane Helene) although The Dollar General is well stocked even with produce. Restaurant cuisine was okay with many being closed or limited as guess out of prime season. The hurricane did a great deal of damage to the area and some of the destruction that remains is very heart breaking although recovery is progressing. The home itself and neighborhood show few persistent issues. The host is very receptive and a total gentleman. Nice to rent from someone who truly cares about those staying in the home and their enjoyment. Would consider staying again in the future. You can rent with confidence that you will enjoy yourself.

This place is amazing! We had the best time on our birthday scalloping trip. The house is beautiful and so are the views. Very clean with comfy beds. This rental has everything you could possibly need; so well stocked. So convenient having the boat slip. Don't hesitate; book it today! You won't regret it!

Loved this property! Communication was timely and check in easy. Very clean, fully stocked kitchen, and very comfortable beds. Extras such as shampoo, conditioner, kitchen spices, as well as extra toilet paper were a great touch and appreciated. We will stay again!

Excellent 5 day stay!

We had the best time! We already rebooked next year! Property fit all 9 of us well and property owners were easily accessible! Great spot, great views, and the neighborhood pool is perfect!

This home was perfect! Clean and comfortable! Fantastic location! We had the best time staying there with family & friends on our scalloping trip! Dock was a huge plus and so convenient after a day of scalloping.

This is our 9th year coming to Steinhatchee to scallop! This property was perfect for our group! We loved the location and we had the BEST view of the 4th of July fireworks right out the back deck! We would highly recommend this property!!

Our favorite scalloping home!!!

This was our 2nd summer at this property. We fell in love with it from the very first day. It is very clean, very well stocked, & the location is prime!!! If you have a boat, you can dock it out back. It’s a little walk to the dock so I highly recommend bringing a wagon to easily transport your stuff from the house. This home is in a very safe area. There is plenty of parking & you even have a nice clean community pool a few houses down at the cul-de-sac. In Steinhatchee that is a HUGE bonus….pools are rare in these parts. And for those that are all about scalloping, nothing beats being able to get off the boat & jump into a refreshing pool!! The property manager is so nice & quick to reply to any questions you may have. We can’t wait to return next summer. ***this really is a golf cart friendly town. I suggest renting one from Puddin’s Hatch Wagon. It’s worth having especially if you have teenagers***

Scalloped in Comfort and Convenience

Amazing property with all the comforts of home. Kitchen was stocked with all the necessary supplies, the mattresses were comfortable, outdoor space is functional for relaxing and entertaining. Boat ramp 3 minutes away. Dockage associated with community has covered spots, power and water. Just be ready for a 5 min walk to slip. Load boat from house then launch. Property is highly recommended.

Heaven in Steinhatchee

This place was very inviting and peaceful. Beds were restful after a day of scalloping. The views from this house were like a postcard!! Will come back every year to the “Old Florida Oasis!”

Amazing waterfront house in a gated community

We had such a great stay. The house is very new, very clean, and was very accommodating for our family. There’s a community dock with covered wet slips, and water hoses to rinse off the boat at the end of the day. There’s a community pool and a gate. It’s a quiet area and a short distance to the Bay. It’s in a great area that is close to everything so we brought our golf cart. The host was very responsive, And checked in on our visit. I can’t say enough good things about this property. We will more than likely reserve this year.

Perfect stay

This rental was amazing! Its a beautiful property, and was well stocked. Our family enjoyed it very much. It is convenient to everything, and having a place to dock the boat was a big plus! The house was clean and spacious, and the area is quiet. One of our favorites!

Memorial Day Getaway

Our extended family of 9 had an incredible stay for the long Memorial Day Weekend! Ages ranged from 12 to 70! The house is BRAND NEW and incredibly beautiful! We’ve stayed in various rentals in the past and usually the kitchen is lacking in equipment. This is not the case here! You have a large selection of pots and pans, a spacious refrigerator, & even your selection of ice cubes! 😀 The living area is spacious and comfy! The beds were so comfortable! Our group loved the bunk/queen option in the two bedrooms. The bathrooms were spacious and very well stocked with towels and washcloths. The outdoor space was also so welcoming! The driveway has plenty of room for multiple vehicles. The fire pit was a big hit with our teenage boys. They also enjoyed using the kayaks. Overall… FIVE STARS doesn’t seem high enough for this property! Don’t miss out on this relaxing and peaceful spot! It was convenient getting into the gulf for fishing and boating! The dock is easy to use and a little walk… but it is beautiful!
