~ No same-day bookings (4-day lead time required for lease approval)
~ Two-week minimum rental during peak season (Feb-April), one week during non-peak season
~ Application is required with a $150 fee at the time of booking

~ Smoke-free property (smoking permitted at the beach or outside on the sidewalk)

PARKING 🚗
Parking is available for two vehicles. Only under the building, parking, and vehicles cannot exceed 6'6", including items on the roof of the vehicle.
