Mermaid Cove steps from beach. Hot Tub!

Relax and unwind in this serene and stylish space, feeling the gentle Gulf breeze. Just a short walk to the beach, you'll find beach chairs, throws, beach towels, and a rubber ice chest bag. Enjoy the hot tub underneath or take a nap on the bed swing on the front porch. Two end bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms and comfortable memory foam gel-infused king-size mattresses. The third bedroom has four full-size bunk beds, accommodating up to 12 guests for a perfect coastal getaway. No pets!

The hot tub setting is capped at 99 degrees for safety. Downstairs, there's a full bathroom with a shower for rinsing off sand or before using the hot tub. Outside, relax with three love seats, two chairs, and a large table. We provide beach towels, four beach chairs, spacious beach throws, a tote for towels, and a rubber backpack ice chest. Please rinse and dry the ice chest and totes before bringing them inside. Additionally, there's a cargo lift for convenient loading and unloading.

Best place ever

Host was amazing, the house was amazing. We would stay here again for sure. Such a nice town and we really enjoyed being able to see and walk to the beach. My favorite spot was the porch swing.

Perfect spot for Gulfport stay

We had all we needed for our week in Gulfport. With two families staying we had the perfect amount of room. Having the porch, area underneath the home, and the hot tub made for zero stress when the costal weather struck. The location made for a good central location for all the things we wanted to do along the coast and the quick walk over to the beach was great. Everything was as pictured and I can't think of anything that I would ask in addition to what's already there. Would definitely recommend this home!

The Mermaid is NOT a Myth!

It's a fact....this Gulfport VRBO, only a short walk to the beach, is beautifully decorated, spacious, well furnished, well stocked and comfortably accommodated our family of 10. We had 5 adults and 5 kids (ages 10-14). 2 very roomy bedrooms with walk-in closets and ensuite bathrooms were perfectly suited for 2 couples. The third bedroom was also very roomy, even with two sets of full-size bunkbeds (top and bottom) and a walk-in closet. The hall bathroom is a typical size and worked fine, rotating the kids' bath-time routines. There is also a nice sized full bathroom with a large shower outside. Our one lone adult slept on sofa which he described as very roomy and comfortable. There were ample dishes, utensils, bowls, cookware, towels and washcloths (kitchen and bath), paper products, cleaners, trash bags, etc. There is also a good chance that if you forgot something like condiments, seasonings, cooking oil or coffee, you'll be able to find enough to tide you over till you get the store. There is a nice shared yard where we set up yard games for the kids. Available for use are bicycles, a beach cart, an outside TV, an outside fridge, a blackstone grill and a hot tub. There is literally NOTHING left out unless you need a butler...there is no butler...lol. In closing, I will say this, there are a few real pretty, breakable decorations. The only suggestion I have for guests is to put them away in a cabinet or drawer beforehand so there are no accidents by rambunctious kids.

My husband is retired and I sell real estate .We love to take an old house and give it life ,flipping it and let it be better than before. I have been in the housing industry for 45 years being a Realtor, mortgage lender and manager for builder. Just recently got licensed in MS and cant wait to sell homes on the gulf. This home is our home away from home but decided to share it with others. Hope you enjoy your stay.
