Welcome to our beautiful home in Davenport, Florida. Your vacation home from home! Our home is a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom single-family villa, nestled within the gated Sanctuary at West Haven community. The Sanctuary at West Haven is located just off Ronal Reagan Parkway in Davenport, Florida and is 12 miles from Walt Disney World theme parks. Universal studios and the International Drive area is only 30mins drive away plus it is located close to all expressways that will take you to all of Florida's treasures such as Tampa and the gulf beaches (1 hr) Atlantic Ocean beaches (45 mins) and Kennedy Space Centre (1hr). It is minutes away from the vibrant Championsgate shopping area with Publix supermarket, shops and good selection of restaurants such as Millers Ale House and Olive Garden.

Inside your vacation home, the open plan lounge looks out over the pool and is a fantastic place to gather during the day or in the evenings. Sliding doors open to reveal the serene haven of the covered lanai and screened-in pool.

The villa has a south-east facing pool deck, is a quiet and tranquil place to relax at any time of the day. There are sun loungers and comfortable chairs to enjoy the all-day sun. The pool is fitted with a security screen for families with children. Pool heating is an optional extra and can be added to the reservation - please inquire for pricing.

Our villa features a large smart, flatscreen TV for those nights in to relax after long days visiting the parks. There is air conditioning throughout and there is 1GB fast speed internet in our home.

We have a fully equipped kitchen, which overlooks the expansive living and dining spaces. The fitted kitchen with breakfast bar is equipped with stove, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is plenty of dinnerware, cutlery and has a coffee machine, kettle and toaster. A washer and dryer is also available.

You can sleep up to 8 guests with all bedding and towels supplied to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our home features two master bedrooms both with king size beds and both contain their own ensuite bathroom, featuring a double vanity, walk-in shower, and separate tub. The split-bedroom plan ensures your privacy while providing a comfortable and inviting space for you and your guests.

All our bedrooms feature additional TV’s with Roku sticks to keep everyone happy.
