Clean and Family Friendly!

This is our second time to stay at this home. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and the home is very clean with comfortable beds. The house and outdoor area are great for relaxing with family and is child friendly. We will be back!

I can truly say I had an amazing Stay. 10 out of 10 for me. I will definitely be coming back to stay here. Very cozy comfortable had a lot of things that you would need. I was sad to leave, Gary was such a good host. good games etc.He respond very quickly.

You get what you pay for

I was totally misled by this property's five stars. First, it lists dishwasher as an amenity but it was broken. The mgr said "things break". Yes, they do but it would have been nice to be advised of the fact since I reserved a six night stay. Second, there is black mold(?) or something in the grout in the shower and right outside the tub. Third, there is a weird smell in the home. I could list more but I will leave it at that.

Comfortable and convenient

We really enjoyed the house. The yard is amazing. Just 3 of us in SD for college tours so the location was really convenient. We discovered Mimis TukTuk Thai restaurant just down the road and had a nice dinner in one night.

GREAT COMFY HOME

This House is very clean and inviting, The landscape is very nice and maintained. The house feels like im at home where i can relax and be at ease . The house has all the amenities and more than what i need to feel at home. Great Kitchen and kitchenware the rooms and beds are comfortable with nice soft pillow tops. The area its safe and the neighbors are nice.The backyard is big and has a nice big garden . This house is great if you are traveling with Family and Pets or by your self it fits everyone's needs. Great House for extended stays !

Great spot at a great price

The inside of this VRBO is very cute and well thought out for guests. Backyard is super comfortable and a great place to get some sunshine when you’re visiting. We would definitely stay here again.

Vacation in San Diego

Very nicely decorated house, near to restaurants and grocery stores. Stayed with my wife and kids and we were very comfortable. Backyard is amazing and the host is very communicative and I had no problems at all

Nice Home!

This is a quiet family oriented neighborhood. We stayed here with our son and his wife with their newborn baby. We felt safe and the home was well furnished with comfy beds. The host was quick to respond to messages and was very accommodating.

Great House

We had everything we needed for our stay. The house fit the three of us well and the backyard was great. We needed something close to SDSU as we were dropping off my daughter for college and it was perfect for our trip. Gary was easy to communicate with and we didn’t have any trouble with anything in the house. Would stay here again!

Perfect San Diego Casita

We stayed here for 2 nights on a trip to all different parts of California. Check in was so easy, it was very easy to talk to Gary (the host) he replied quickly and helpfully, the property was in a cute neighborhood with tons of people running or walking in the morning, but the hit for us was the backyard. The kids loved being able to play in the yard and watch TV outside. I loved the layout and the attention to details (and I'm picky). Great place to stay in San Diego (20 min from the beach, 7 minutes to a grocery store, and 20 min to the zoo!

One of our Favs!

Gary's place was a wonderful stay! Very clean,, updated home with a great backyard which my husband loved watching tv in. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen has everything we needed. The location was perfect for us, close to SDSU, grocery stores, restaurants and not far from Bay or Beach. Gary was a very communicative host, easy to get a hold of. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy home

I never leave reviews but our stay deserves it. This was our first time traveling with our 5 month old baby and as a first time mom I was a bit hesitant. However this home made it smooth stay For us. It’s clean ! Smells good ! And super cozy and had that home feel. My baby didn’t miss his home he was comfortable. It had everything we needed and we felt safe. I love the bed ! Gary was great to communicate and with ven let us do a late check out. They have water and snacks and coffee for you in case you need them.
