*IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Water's Edge Resort complex will be undergoing exterior construction from October 2025 through March 2026. Work will include railing removal, refinishing, and exterior maintenance. During this time, all oceanfront balconies, the outdoor pool, whirlpool, and oceanfront deck will be closed. Guests may experience construction noise and limited access to certain areas. This oceanfront condo remains available for rent, still offering stunning ocean views and direct beach access!*
Water's Edge Resort is a fantastic option for any family vacation! Each oceanfront condo offers breathtaking views, a spacious pool deck great for taking in the summer sun, and both indoor and outdoor pools. On the ground level, you'll find a fitness center too! Water's Edge Resort is just half a mile from the Garden City Pier where you can go fishing, play games in the arcade, and get a bite to eat at one of the nearby restaurants.

PROPERTY AMENITIES
Internet, Televisions, Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed.
*The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment.
Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments, and E-Checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the payment method must match the name on the reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a pre-check-in email where you can securely select your preferred payment option. Please note that we do not accept Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, Affirm, PayPal, or Klarna.
**Bookings exceeding 28 days will require a security deposit, which will be collected after the reservation is confirmed.
