The space
Unwind in a comfortable, quiet master suite with a king bed and blackout blinds designed to provide you a peaceful night rest. Step into the private backyard oasis, featuring a pergola and chaise lounges for you and your companion to enjoy. Plus, you will have access to a quality, fully stocked kitchen to prepare intimate meals that you can enjoy in year-round comfort in your temperature-controlled sunroom.
Guest access
You will have exclusive access to a master suite with a king bed, double vanity, walk-in closet and a flat screen TV. Accommodations include access to the breakfast nook alongside an open concept fully equipped kitchen. You will also have access to the living room with a large flatscreen equipped with a home theater sound system. A full dining set is available to you in a temperature-controlled sun room that leads you to a private and peaceful backyard equipped with lounging furniture under a beautiful pergola.
Other things to note
Please note that a dedicated work place can be set-up upon request. The set-up includes a docking station and two 27” flat screen monitors. If your stay is for a week or longer the dedicated work place is at no extra cost.

Additional rules
The property has two unoccupied additional dormitories that are private and not available for use by the guests. The rooms remained locked and the guest shall not attempt or access these dormitories. There will be an additional $150 nightly charge for each night comprising the entire duration of the stay of the guests for each door opened and/or dormitory accessed to these private areas of the property.

Kindly wipe down the kitchen counters and wash any dishes, silverware, glassware and pots or pans used. Make sure you do a final walkthrough to gather all your personal items prior to leaving the property so nothing is left behind.
