The Pelican -Beach & Pool Access

Stop your search now! The Pelican is THE vacation home you will want to come to every year. Just a 5 minute walk to direct beach access and this newly renovated two level half duplex has everything you could want. You have views of the 13th green of the golf course! When you walk inside you are greeted by a sizeable living room. The chef's kitchen is adorned with granite countertops, new appliances and a drip and Keurig coffee maker for any preferences. There is also a half bathroom on the downstairs level. Upstairs you have three roomy and stylish bedrooms along with two full bathrooms.

The backyard is one of the best things about the home! The privacy fence encompasses the entire backyard and helps maintain your privacy from the neighbors. There are chairs surrounding the firepit and a propane grill for you to barbeque. There's even a hammock for relaxing and Croquet if you want to play some games.

Your fur babies are also welcome and we even have an outdoor shower for you to wash them off before coming inside.

We also offer a free pool pass to enjoy the pool at the Holiday Inn. You also have access to fitness amenities at Holiday Inn such as water aerobics, yoga, etc.

If your stay is 3-21 nights, you will receive a beach gear credit of $35/night.

Other Things to note:

All reservations are charged a $50 processing fee. This fee is non-refundable, even if the reservation is cancelled.

Jekyll Island is a state park and as part of conservation, there is a $10 per day parking fee collected at the time you enter the island. You can pay by cash or credit card.

Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.

Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.

Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!

There is a $100 pet fee for those guests bringing pets.

For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.
House Rules:
Smoking is not allowed. $2,000 minimum fee for smoking inside the house.
Quite hours per the county are 9pm to 8am. Violation of ordinance will result in immediate eviction without refund.
No smoking. Smoking inside the home will result in a $2,000 fee.
No loud music. No parties. No parking on the lawn.
All pet droppings must be picked up or a $50 fee will be assessed.
There will be a $75 minimum charge for any missing remotes, including ceiling fan, and TV remotes.
