BEACH ACCESS - 2 BLOCKS AWAY!

This renovated, contemporary coastal duplex is a short walk to the beach. It is perfect for a family get-away with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths in an established beach community.

Enjoy the private patio, a perfect place to relax by the fire or grill dinner after a day at the beach, or have your morning coffee while breathing in the salt air. We welcome your pets, and most of Jekyll Island beaches are pet-friendly with a leash. The yard is fully fenced in and includes a fire pit for you to sit around in the evenings. There is a fence separating this home from the next door neighbor.

The home is a 3-5 minute walk to beach access and a 2 minute drive to the beach.

We also offer a free pool pass to enjoy the pool at the Holiday Inn. You also have access to fitness amenities at Holiday Inn such as water aerobics, yoga, etc.

Please note Jekyll Island is a state park and as part of conservation, there is a $10 per day parking fee collected at the time you enter the island. You can pay by cash or credit card.

If your stay is 3-21 nights long, you will receive a beach gear credit of $35/night. You can use this towards many things such as bikes, beach umbrellas, wagons, additional beach chairs (we have a few at the home for you), tents and much more!

Other things to note:

All reservations are charged a $50 processing fee. This fee is non-refundable, even if the reservation is cancelled.

There is a $100 pet fee for those guests bringing pets.

Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.

Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!

For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.

Anything other than a regular vehicle may be prohibited or may not fit on the property. If you plan to bring a trailer, motorcycle, boat or any other commercial or recreational vehicle, please inquire with the host about whether this is allowed.

Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.

House Rules:
Smoking is not allowed. $2,000 minimum fee for smoking inside the house.
Quite hours per the county are 9pm to 8am. Violation of ordinance will result in immediate eviction without refund.
No smoking. Smoking inside the home will result in a $2,000 fee.
No loud music. No parties. No parking on the lawn.
All pet droppings must be picked up or a $50 fee will be assessed.
There will be a $75 minimum charge for any missing remotes, including ceiling fan, and TV remotes.
