The property features a 900 square foot patio with heated private pool fully enclosed by a lanai. This outdoor living area is designed for comfort and entertainment with seating for six around a cozy fire table, a TV, four lounge chairs and a dining space. From the lanai and dock, you can watch for the occasional manatee or dolphin passing by, enjoy a quiet moment with a good book or try your hand at fishing. Whether you're looking to relax or stay active, Marco Island always has something for everyone to enjoy.

Our 2,000 square foot home has an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, two living rooms and two bathrooms. One in the primary suite and one conveniently located with access to the patio.

Marco boasts some of the best shelling in Florida on its over six miles of beaches including Tigertail and south beach and 24 miles of canals. It is the largest island of the 10,000 islands. The famous Keewaydin is only a short boat ride from Rose Marina.
