From the surfer themed "board room" with adorable bunk beds and shiplap walls to the beautifully decorated guest and master bedrooms each with King beds, your family will have no problem making themselves at home! Each bathroom has been updated with trendy subway tiles and modern industrial accents. The kitchen is equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances and a front loading washer and dryer for your convenience. The living/dining space is tastefully decorated with modern furnishings and MORE shiplap! Did we mention the ocean view? Breath taking! Enjoy your morning coffee and evening glass of wine on the balcony while watching the waves crash on the white sand beaches. This condo has it all. Beach amenities include; 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, 2 coolers, 2 boogie boards and kids beach toys. Unit amenities include; High chair and pack and play. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is in a great location to get to the beach and town easily. We are considering rebooking for next year. The condo specifically had everything we needed for the week. My only recommendation is the condo needs a deep dusting on top of the regular cleaning service.

Great place!

Loved this location. The condo had lots of small details that we really appreciated - plenty of hooks for towels & swim suits, extra blankets, beach towels chairs, umbrellas & boogie boards available for use, well appointed kitchen and the beds were comfortable! Would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful location

Highly recommend this condo. Location, location, location.Cleanliness is my sticking point in condos. Seems like condos never get a good deep clean. They do the basics and that’s it. We didn’t plan on cooking dinner. Which was a good thing. Grill should be replaced or cleaned.Would I stay again, yes.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay here! Beautiful views and great amenities! We can’t wait to come back and stay here again! The only negative is the parking. This resort itself most likely needs to add parking as most nights it was almost impossible to find a spot, and that is within the allotted 2 vehicles per rental. However, that will not stop us from coming back.

Very pleasant

We were very pleased with this stay. The unit was clean, in a nice area, with a good view. Everything we needed was provided. We love the large safe balcony. The amenities were very nice and open even over Christmas. We appreciated all the kitchen wares. The dishwasher didn't work very well. Our only complaint was that the check-in process was easy but not well explained. We did not realize until after we got to the unit that we had to go to a different location a couple miles away to pick up the keys. Check out was a breeze! We would absolutely stay here again.

Great Location/Beach Access, Standard Condo Overall.

Overall the unit was fine. Good space, close beach access, plenty of parking. There were a few minor things that I noticed that I feel would be helpful if noted on the listing or changed. We did enjoy our time overall and feel most people would be satisfied unless the following things are big issues for them. - The check in notes stated to not buy “a week’s worth of food on the first day because the fridge isn’t able to cool properly”. This feel odd to not address or make clear before check in as it wasn’t clear how much food/how well it’ll keep food. We ended up just not really using the kitchen because of this sadly. - check out was 10:00am. While I see after that this was listed as the check out time this is the first VRBO I’ve stayed in that wasn’t 11am checkout. - instruction say you can’t not lower the AC to anything under 71, however the only room with a ceiling fan is the primary bathroom. The other rooms did have standing fans you could plug in but one of my guests did comment that their room felt warmer than ideal at night. - you pick up your keys at an alternate location about five mins away from the actual complex. It was contactless and easy but would be more complicated if you aren’t self driving.

Wonderful Relaxing Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We LOVE LOVE LOVE the view and the spacious balcony. We enjoyed the hot tub, outdoor pool, ping pong table and the exercise room. Things we didn't use but appreciated were the heated indoor pool, library, and tennis courts. Our particular unit was spacious, nicely decorated, and the beds were very comfy. We also like that this unit has 2 king beds.
