Esta unidad es su hogar lejos del hogar. ¡Es único en su clase con su vista inmaculada de la piscina y la playa! Esta actualización 2 º piso 3 dormitorios 2 baño condominio está situado en el edificio del Sur. Se ha actualizado a lo largo con pisos de madera y azulejo, electrodomésticos de cocina, encimeras de granito y totalmente equipadas para su comodidad. Todas las habitaciones han sido renovadas con colchones nuevos y ropa de cama costera. El dormitorio principal y el dormitorio de invitados tienen nuevos televisores de pantalla plana, y el televisor de la sala de estar es un HD Smart TV. ¿No tienes ganas de cocinar? ¿Por qué no asar a la parrilla? La parrilla eléctrica se encuentra justo afuera de su balcón con vista al patio, a la piscina y a la playa. Te sientes como una noche de fiesta? Loved our visit!

As a first time visitor to Saint Augustine we cannot wait to come back. Our condo was tastefully decorated, in a great location and the view was spectacular. We loved the pool and the short walk to the beach. We also enjoyed the pickleball courts. Thanks for a great vacation!

Great 3BR condo with beach view

We stayed for 6 nights in May and had a wonderful time. Great location right on the beach with a huge pool. Property grounds were well maintained and staff was friendly. Condo was perfect and had everything we needed. The beds were VERY comfortable. We enjoyed watching the sunrise each morning from the patio balcony. It was a short walk to the beach, with clean, soft sand and clear water…a really beautiful beach. No major issues with noise even though it was a large complex and we faced the pool. Pool closed at dusk and opened at 9am and staff was on top of that. Overall just a wonderful trip and we will definitely return.

Beautiful condo and view

Clean, well-stocked and beautiful condo. Updated and beachy! Lovely decor. Amazing view. Awesome pool and excellent beach. Comfy beds. Loved the Keurig!! My only suggestion is a keypad entry so we don’t need to worry about keys.

Perfect - Close to Beach, Close to Pool

My family of 7 stayed for a week at this condo and we had a great time. The location is just perfect. You overlook the pool and can see the ocean. You can see the ocean from your covered porch. The condo was clean, mattresses were comfortable, and we really enjoyed the week. The condo was about 20 minutes from St, Augustine - which is a cool city. We did have a really terrible experience with the property manager, Colony Reef - but that has nothing to do with the condo owner or this condo.

The outdoor chairs and table need to be replaced, they are rusting. The dishwasher does not wash very well and needs to be ran a couple of times to clean the dishes. All in all the stay was relaxing and comfortable.

Sliding glass door to patio very difficult to open and needs a handle on the outside. Also, door between 2nd bedroom and hall bath was made permanently shut so that was a little inconvenient for the 2nd bedroom users. Otherwise, we enjoyed our family vacation and will look forward to returning next year!

The king size mattress was very comfortable, we liked the furniture being leather, kitchen had everything we needed. The washer and dryer worked but are very small - would be nice if they were larger. The patio table and chairs were nice as well. The new improved boardwalk to beach was a wonderful surprise this year to have a ramp at both ends and no steps! The landscaping was also improved with some of the big bushes being removed. We wished the pool was open a little later (closes at dusk for turtle season).... But we got the privilege of actually seeing the turtles hatch on our last night there which was awesome.

Perfection on Butler Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family travels to St. Augustine annually but this was our first time staying at Colony Reef Club. We are a family of 5, consisting of my husband, myself, our two kids (3 + 9) and my husband's mom (aka Nana.) Our check in was super easy and flexible. Our flight was delayed so we did not arrive until midnight, but the locker check in procedure made the process super easy. The unit itself and the entire property overall is immaculate and meticulously maintained. We really enjoyed and took advantage of all of the amenities. We had a couple rainy afternoons, so the indoor pool came in handy so we did not have to sacrifice pool time due to the unexpected weather. The outdoor pool is gorgeous and the boardwalk to the beach is a game changer. It made getting to and from the beach so much easier. Also, as parents we really appreciated the safety of gates to the pool and also to the beach. Our AirBNB host (condo owner) was phenomenal. We found the office and grounds staff to be nice as well when we ran into them. This particular unit is perfectly located on the second floor so an easy walk up the stairs if you do not want to wait for the elevator, but also conveniently located next to the elevator which makes bringing luggage and groceries in a breeze. The view is perfect and super close to the pool so worked out well for us. My only minor feedback would be to maybe have some basic items provided. We did not have a kitchen garbage bag or any dish soap which was a tiny bit of a hassle since we got there so late at night and didn't want to drag our kids out to the store that late. The office did state that every unit receives an "amenities pack" but it is extremely basic, and seems to differ from unit to unit or who cleans. Our friends had a different unit and they were provided with a few more items. But now that we know, we know. Overall we were extremely happy and would love to return in th

He was an outstanding host - anything we had questions about was answered immediately (or before we could think of it.) 😊The condo is beautiful and was SUPER clean. It is in a very convenient location close to downtown St Augustine but far enough away you can relax without being swarmed by other people. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen equipped with everything you could think of, and the patio area overlooked the pool and ocean.I would definitely stay here again. 12/10 rating.
