Remodelación completa por dentro y por fuera. Amplia casa impecable en un barrio tranquilo en Phoenix. Gran sala de estar con chimenea, sala de estar, comedor con capacidad para 6 ++ mucho espacio. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama tamaño king con baño adjunto, un amplio armario con vestidor adicional. Cama de matrimonio en el segundo dormitorio. Habitación número 3 viene con 2 camas individuales con un solo opcional y un sofá-cama si es necesario. Sumideros duales con un combo de ducha / bañera en el segundo cuarto de baño. La cocina está totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos nuevos, un lavadero grande con todas las necesidades y comodidades, incluida una cafetera. Todas las sábanas / ropa de cama y toallas están incluidas. Lavadora y secadora ubicadas en la lavandería. Amplio, privado, patio lleno de hierba con barbacoa con un montón de espacio en el patio y muebles de jardín rodeados por una valla de 6 pies. Great location and very comfortable

Met the owners when we arrived, they were very inviting and showed us everything. The rooms were perfect for us and the amenities all worked well. The location was great for baseball parks, none more than 35 minutes away. Great stay, thanks!

We would rent again.

Amy was very available and cooperative. The home was accommodating for our stay. I would suggest 1 improvement, one of which Amy has already said she was planning on. The lighting is not adequate at night and Amy was already planning on adding some additional lamps. For senior citizens like ourselves, the more lighting the better.

You Decide

The owners are very responsive to anything we needed, coffee pot, restaurant recommendations, late arrival time. The home is remodeled beautifully and very modern. However, the reality is, during our two week stay we encountered “palmetto bugs” inside the home - one landed on my husband’s head while we were watching tv one evening. As soon as the owners were notified, they did come treat for them, but we made the decision to leave a week early - losing a lot of $$

Great place to stay, hope to use it again next time.

The owners contacted us early and gave great instructions on how they wanted to meet and get us situated. The owners were very helpful in explaining how stuff runs in the house and gave us some good local recommendations for activities, etc. Really was easy and we had a great time. We liked the cable TV and internet provided - didn't expect internet! That was great. Thanks.

Our stay was quite comfortable. The master bedroom king size bed was the best bed we have ever found. Having two more bedrooms gave us plenty of room for our guests. Amy and Dennis live down the street and were quite helpful without being at all intrusive. We are golfers and found the house to be in a good central location for the many courses we played. We enjoyed our vacation in this lovely home. Loved the quiet back yard with beautiful plants.

What a great home away from home! Close to everything including ball parks. Owners, Amy and Dennis were so welcoming and helpful and thanked us for our suggestions to improve wheelchair accessibility. The home has large bedrooms and living space, making it perfect for a family or group of friends. We would definitely stay here again if we came to the Phoenix area. Thank you, Amy and Dennis for a wonderful stay for our vacation.

Good stay at quiet location.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this location. Close to freeways, not far from essential services and Great restaurants. The main bedroom bed was certainly comfortable and the only one we used. All amenities were clean and up to standards. Plenty of extras you don't get at a motel or hotel. Really kind of homey. Liked just pulling into the garage and closing the door behind you, not to worry about your vehicle sitting on the street or in the driveway. For what you get overall you pay a very reasonable price. I would definitely rent this facility from Amy and Dennis again if an occasion occurred. Good People and right price, with quality. Thank You Landlords, Michael

Centrai location with a secure yard for kids and/or dogs

This house has all you could want if you're looking for a convenient central location and a secure, walled yard. Amy is great to work with. She is attentive without hovering. She lives right down the street from this house, and I am sure she would do anything she could to help if the need arose. The house has three spacious bedrooms and two baths. I loved the fact that the TV in the living room could be controlled by voice commands, easy, peasy.

After the disappointment of many horrible hotels and houses that I have stayed at.... decided to put together a rental of quality and condition that travelers could enjoy. This will be my third house in this quiet older established neighborhood. Above all you cannot beat the weather! !!!!!

Central Phoenix location easy access to all the highways. The condition of this home is spectacular, recent renovation top to bottom inside and out. Fully furnished with all amenities. This house can comfortably host 6 guests with room to spare. I've settled in this location because it's so quick (15-20 min) to get to the airport, baseball spring training, car auctions, the Phoenix Open, close to every major highway and golf is easy to find. Grocery, Pharmacy, restaurants, etc. within 5 min drive. Backyard is great for pets/kids 6 ft block wall lush grass and wonderful landscape. Private and secure.
