Our waterfront home sits on 9 beautifully landscaped acres in a quiet gated community. There is also a dock available to those that wish to bring boats or simply want to watch one of Florida's breathtaking sunrises in the morning.

No matter what you choose, there is ample seating surrounding the screened in pool for plenty of family and friends. For those looking for more of a hands on Florida experience, be sure to try out the beach volleyball court which is located right by the bay side, or for the competitive side of you, try out the pickleball court.
As you drive into the property you will see the 9 meticulously landscaped acres that the houses sit on, where you will see anything from Royal Palms to Mango trees.

The entire house will be yours to use. Included with this house are the pool and hot tub and, as mentioned previously, you will also have access to the various amenities located throughout the property, such as the volleyball court, pickle ball court, pavilion, gazebos, and dock space. Please note, the pickle ball court is shared with the property owners who live in a third home on the 9 acre property.
