A beautiful 4th floor recently remodeled condo in the Sandpiper beachfront property.
Stunning views of the beach, ocean, and Atlantic City skyline.
The condo consists of 2 bedrooms with two full baths condo (sleeps 6 people).
Living room and kitchen are open concept with beautiful views of the atlantic ocean.
The master bedroom has Queen size bed, small sitting area, large dresser and it’s own bathroom with a large soaking tub. The second bedroom has two Full size beds, and access to the second full bathroom. Living room has brand new queen size sofa. All furniture are brand new. Washer, Dryer, and a dishwasher are in the apartement.
Short Walk to the beach. No streets or roads to cross. In ground community heated swimming pool with bathroom shower and life guard. There is also a shower close to beach access. Short drive to local restaurants and shops. Walking distance to community center with Tennis and Pickle ball courts. Also a quick trip over the bridge to Atlantic City.
Dedicated parking for two cars, just a few steps from the elevator and beach access.
We are providing 6 beach chairs, an umbrella, 6 beach tags and 6 pool tags.
The condo has free internet and all 3 new televisions are Smart TVs with Netflix and Hulu apps installed.
