Short Walk to beautiful St Joe Bay and Historic downtown Port St Joe.

Newly remolded triplex with open living room/kitchen/dining area. New appliances and fully refurbished 2025. Beautiful balcony off main bedroom for relaxing. You will feel that bay breeze, but a nice ceiling fan is out there too to make sure you are comfortable. 65 inch tv in living area, and 55 inch tvs in both bedrooms. Game room with foosball , air hockey and cornhole. Several board games and books for adults. Sand toys, beach chairs, beach towels, cooler and a wagon for beach trips. Bikes provided if you love to explore the town that way. Large back yard for kids and pups, and your boat. And Gas grill. Also a gas fireplace on back patio to enjoy on chilly evenings.
Boat launch 2 minute drive. Also, Close for a nice walk to all activities and restaurants downtown and to the Historic Cape San Blas Lighthouse. Lots of music events, and every other Saturday is the farmers market.
Enjoy several area beaches and majestic sunsets. St Joe beach, Windmark Beach, Mexico Beach, Cape San Blas beach and Indian Pass. Short drive to Rish Park with a nice pool and handicap accessible and Saint Joseph Penisula State Park. Also a great place to go walk and see wild life is at The Stump Hole on the Cape. Enjoy the Beach or hike and watch for all the majestic birds and wildlife that call this area home, including several bald eagles.
We love , love dogs. We have 4. So bring your furry best friends along, just remember on a leash. ( We provide 2 leashes if you forget). All beaches are within 6-8 miles and are dog friendly to leashed dogs, except Mexico Beach, Rish Park and St Joe Preserve. Several downtown restaurants have outside seating so your furry friend can come too.
Also visit the Constitution Convention museum to find out the history on our beautiful town. Or visit the Forgotten Coast Sea Turtle Center to learn about turtle nesting and rehab. You can also adopt your new best friend at the St Joe Humane Society. And Historic Appalachcola is a 25 minute drive as well. Enjoy a ghost tour to learn more about this old city. Enjoy a slower pace of life here, you will never want to leave. We first visited years ago, and now make this wonderful place our home.

Wedding

What a fabulous stay we had! We were in town for a wedding and the townhome was perfect for the 5 of us. The location is so close to all things PSJ and the property was immaculate. Rita was a wonderful host and we would not hesitate to book again!

Great location and host

Located minutes from multiple restaurants and shopping. The host made sure to turn on the porch light since we were arriving later in the day. The house had everything we needed and more! We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful trip. The owners are great people, the house is newly done and extremely nice, and it’s in a really pretty area super convenient to everything. The only thing I can even think to critique is the living room furniture… it’s not comfortable at all. Wicker, about as comfortable as patio furniture. But that’s really the ONLY negative about this place.

Amazing Stay!

Property was clean and full of fun stuff to do if it's raining (game room in the garage, board games in the den). Attached fenced-in dog area was an amazing touch. Owners BEYOND nice and in constant contact. Perfect location right by downtown. 10/10 can't recommend enough for you and your family, especially if you need a place that's friendly for dogs.

Thankful for Our Stay

We love the beaches in this area. We also love that we can walk everywhere we have to go. The condo was clean and convenient. Lots of things in the condo to occupy the kids. Rita & Micky treated us like family. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you Micky & Rita.

Fantastic

Port St Joe and our accommodations Blissful by the Sea was named properly! We absolutely loved this home and everything it has to offer. Sitting on the master bedroom deck drinking my morning coffee was something i could surely get used to on a daily basis. We lacked nothing and will definitely return! The location is perfect as well!

Just perfect

We went down to Port St Joe over Christmas break and stayed at Blissful by the Bay. It was a trip with our pup and the unit was perfect for him. Rita has everything set up for dogs including treats, leashes, bags and toys. There is a fenced in area off the back that is very useful. The unit has everything that you need and is very comfortable. The location to town and beaches is great. Hope to go back soon and will definitely want to stay here again.

Blissful weekend!

My girlfriend and I enjoyed a blissful weekend getaway with our pups and it everything we’d hoped for! Port St. Joe is such a great place and we were right in the heart of it all. Favorite memory is sitting on the front balcony enjoying a cup of coffee and watching the morning break. Thank you Mickey and Rita for such a restful time. Cinde, Cheryl, Lyla and Kai

Paradise at The Port

We had a great time !! The condo is located in a quiet neighborhood but is very close to great restaurants. Just a two minute walk to a park that overlooks the ocean and St Joe bay. Condo is fashionably decorated with everything that you need. Rita and Micky are great hosts - they checked on us on arrival and during our stay to make sure that everything was good. We have stayed at several VRBO locations and this place is among the best in accommodations and location.

Blessful By the Bay was Beautiful

From the beginning of booking our stay, the host Rita reached out and was very helpful and accommodating. We were greeted with snacks for us but also for our little fur love. He immediately went to the basket and got a toy to play with. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable and plenty of amenities for our family. Location is convenient to several beaches and a short walk or a half a mile drive to restaurants and shops. Can not wait to come back and visit!

Homey Getaway

I stayed here with my 3 adult children at Christmas time. The triplex was beyond my expectations. It was clean, spacious, beautifully-decorated, and well-stocked with everything we needed. There were games, books, beach chairs, and bicycles. I didn’t bring my dog, but there was a dog run as well. The location was close to a bayside park, the Cape San Blas Lighthouse, downtown Port St. Joe (lots of restaurants and boutiques), and a grocery store. Mexico Beach, Cape San Blas, and Apalachicola were just a short drive away. The host and hostess were friendly and tried to be sure we had everything we needed. I would love to return here for a warm weather vacation.

Port St Joe

First time my family has even been to this area - Port St Joe and Cape San Blas. We loved it --- made trip to the beach different - not just stay in Beach Condo and go back and forth. We really enjoyed the Port St Joe town and looking around, even as far as Apalachicola. My daughter loved taking her 2 black labs to the Bay water. We liked Salinas Park/Beach also. The VRBO was very nice and exactly the right size for us. It had everything we needed, almost like you lived down there. We did contact the owner to get some help with the TV -- no longer just cable days. And that worked out well for us to catch the College football game we wanted to watch. I am sure my wife and daughter could add much more -- St Joe Poe and Wendmire beaches also.

Paradise in Paradise!

Rita and Micky are superb hosts! From the moment we arrived we felt at home. They even left a welcoming snack basket with a sweet card. Their place was decorated impeccably and had all the things necessary to make our stay amazing! I cooked meals and the kitchen was stocked perfectly! My husband and son enjoyed the bicycles as the pier was very near and it made for a nice ride. They had all the things needed to make a day at the beach more enjoyable from a wagon, to umbrellas, chairs, towels and even an insulated tote to pack snack, and cool aloe in the fridge if you got too much sun! They have thought of everything! Our favorite area of the house was the balcony and the dogs especially loved being able to enjoy the space with us. The house is located minutes from town, about 10 minutes to St Joe beach, and about 20 minutes to Cape San Blas. It’s perfectly located for a relaxing beach getaway! Even the neighborhood was peaceful and welcoming. I highly recommend staying at this property. You will not regret the choice. We cannot wait to plan our next stay!

We moved to Port St Joe from Dalton Ga in 2023. We had visited this area many times with our pups and knew we had to live here. The people in this town are helpful and very sweet. And beautiful sunsets are just a bonus .

8th street is a historic area in St joe. The street is beautiful and quiet and walking distance to all town attractions and the St Joe Bay

Newly renovated 2025. Dogs always welcome. Games to keep kids busy on rainy days. And lots of space in the living area. But, my favorite, is the balcony off the master bedroom. Such a nice place to relax. Big comfortable furniture, nice view, and a nice ceiling fan to keep you comfortable
