The upper floor contains the kitchen, upper living/dining area with electric fireplace, dedicated work space/reading space, bedroom with king bed, bathroom with shower, and storage area for cleaning/extra supplies.
Lower floor contains bathroom tub with shower, bedroom with king bed, living/dining/game/puzzle area with surround sound, and laundry area.
Plenty of parking. One covered space with covered stairs to entrance. Enough for four regular vehicles or one very long vehicle and a couple of regular vehicles. Driveway is approximately 38' long x 22' wide.
Guest access...
It is most convenient to use the north door, which is closest to the driveway.
The door has an electronic lock for easy access once you're checked in.
