Terra Verde Resort is a gated vacation rental resort community located just south of Orlando in Kissimmee, Florida. The resort is between 10-20 minutes from Walt Disney World Parks, SeaWorld, Universal Studios as well as many other Kissimmee, Orlando, and Central Florida attractions. Terra Verde's award-winning clubhouse and amenities are second to none.

Easy access to US 192, Osceola Pkwy, John Young Parkway, Champions Gate, Turnpike, and I-4. The SunRail Train Station it?s only 5 minutes away from our house, it takes you to many tourist points of interest.

The private pool heater is NOT included with your stay. There is a separate fee of $40 per day for the pool heater to be turned on and It is required to reserve for the number of nights of your entire stay. must be requested with 2 days advance notice. Please note that the water may take up to 24 - 48 hours to heat up. Heaters work through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.
BBQ Grill Fee $75 per stay. (Please request at least 48 hours prior to your arrival)
Trash Removal Services are 7 days per week.
Please have trash in the bin by 7:00 AM daily (please do not place any trash at the curb).
Place any excess bags next to the bin.
All trash must be bagged and tied in 13-gallon kitchen bags, and can?t weigh more than 30 lbs.
Grocery bags are not allowed. Loose trash will not be picked up.
NO Liquids are allowed; please empty all containers and bags properly.
All large and medium-sized cardboard boxes must be flattened and small boxes must be bagged.
Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc. before check-in.

***For your safety, this home is equipped with outdoor security cameras outside by the front.
