Very convenient stay for family wedding

There were 10 of us that stayed for 2 nights for a family wedding the end of August. This property was super conveniently located to the church and venue on the water! And with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms we had plenty of room for all of us to get ready. The host Edward was super attentive to our questions which we appreciated. Thank you!

Would not stay again

Room 1 bathroom sink was clogged with a bunch of hair and would not drain. My husband removed a huge chunk of hair and it drained better. Under the sink, there was an empty box of beer cans and the cupboard door was falling off. The curtains in the bathroom were sheer and people could see in the bathroom. The curtains in bedroom 1 were sheer (all other rooms had curtains/blackouts). And the French doors in room 1 did not have the privacy bar between the doors. Room 2 the door would not shut and it was super hot/no ventilation. Upstairs bathroom shower head was a trickle of water and the drain was clogged. Room 3 the light would turn off on its own and you could not turn it back on for a while. Also, the room was was hot/no ventilation. Room 4 we found used tissues in the bed that was made and the room did not have good good ventilation. There were no sheets for the pull out couch. Bathroom downstairs had mold on the shelves. There were no hand towels in the entire house and lights were burnt out throughout the house. There were two knives that were not sharp. The dishes were China, not very practical. There were no glasses for drinking, just tea cups. All of the doors creaked loudly. I think that is everything.

Tacoma Weekend

Stayed at Edward’s place for a business conference over the weekend. He was very accommodating for early checkin. Stayed in communication the entire weekend. Fabulous experience. I would recommend staying here. Great central location!

We had everything in the house it was clean, spacious and the fridge was loaded with complementary soft drinks which was a great gesture. Unexpected gem

First off the photos do not do the property justice. The home is nestled into an unassuming neighborhood with a partial view of Mt. Rainier. The host was amazing with communication, and allowed us to check in early due to our flight arrangements. There is a first floor bedroom, and adjacent 3/4 bathroom which worked well for the person with mobility issues. The kitchen and dining room was spacious enough for family meals. Upstairs the bedrooms were very large, made up with comfortable linens. The closets were very roomy. One room has a queen bed and queen size sleeper sofa and work area. The master suite is just lovely, a king-size bed, desk, chase lounge and a bathroom with large soaking tub and additional shower was Hotel level luxury. Two smaller rooms , and the shared upstairs bathroom were also quite nice. The linen closet was very well stocked with enough spare towels, and linens to completely outfit the house. There is a downstairs laundry room off the kitchen with quality machines and a sizeable sink. Over all this property was a delight to stay in. Additional photos of the kitchen, living area and bedrooms would have helped us in choosing this house before wasting hours looking at others. It was an excellent location and value for the money for our varried party.

Roomy, Beautiful, Amazing and Cozy 2 Story Home

I cannot tell you how much the pictures does not do this home justice! Everything about it was super cozy and roomy at the same time! I was surprised at the amount of space we had per room and that it had 3 bathrooms. We are Islanders so as soon as we walked in, there was a rug for our shoes and a note saying shoes off and they provided indoor shoes for you to wear. We didn't get to use them (Islanders just use socks or bare feet)... I just adored that they did it. I love that the dining room area was huge because my sister and I (our families with 5 each members) enjoyed the talk over food and card game night on the table! The home had many towels for us as well as more comforter sets for those that needed it most. Very clean and simple and the fridge was also stocked with drinks! That was super awesome to have so that I wouldn't have to run to the store to get a case of water right away. We had the kitchen filled with plates, utensils, cups and all the cleaning supplies. There was labels on the cupboards which made it super helpful for us to figure out where are things. Edward even had fresh flowers in a vase for us. The communication with Edward was always on point with him. He was kind over the phone and explained everything in detail through messages. Words cannot express how we love that the neighborhood was super quiet and right near the freeway and Walmart, gas stations, Dollar Tree, McDonalds etc. I would love to come back and stay at this home with my family again!
