As soon as you step inside this air-conditioned resort condo, you are greeted by a bright and airy open floor plan with tiled floors throughout. Discover a well-equipped kitchen with all the major appliances, pots, and pans needed to prepare exquisite homemade meals and tasty beach snacks on the go for the crew. When mealtime is over, spread out comfortably in the air-conditioned living room, complete with inviting sofas and a TV with cable. This is a wonderful spot to unwind, plan your next adventures, and chill after a refreshing time in the resort's many outdoor pools. The living room opens onto a spacious covered balcony with a nice outdoor dining area and great views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Additional perks include a stacked washer/dryer and TVs in all bedrooms.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
