The condo was clean and well appointed. There was cookware and dishes to cook. Very nice view. Garagewas a bonus with elevator to our floor. Convenient location to the airport. Everyone was super helpful and friendly on property.

Excellent holiday. Maxwell Beach Villas 201 is probably the best equipped holiday apartment I have ever rented. Apartment spotlessly clean and pool and grounds extremely well maintained. View of the pool and ocean from the balcony was stunning and beach which is accessed directly from the garden was beautiful and almost deserted most days. Yonette at front desk was very welcoming and a joy to deal with. Welcome gift of rum punch and coconut bread a nice touch! I would highly recommend this property and hope to return sometime soon.

Winter getaway

This was our second time here. You won’t find a. You won’t find better place to stay. Restaurants and groceries a short walk away. A beautiful beach just outside the door. The waves were much bigger than usual for the first couple of days and then settled in to more normal. The sargassum was not a problem until the last day where it came in very heavy. Highly recommend this location.

Wonderful Property

We spent a week in Maxwell Beach Villa 201. It was a great stay. The condo was clean and very well appointed. Everything you could want for an enjoyable stay. The pool was great and the beach was very nice. The furniture was comfortable and also the beds. The patio was great to relax on Would not hesitate to stay here in the future.

Amazing location on the beach in a well man

Amazing location on the beach in a well managed clean property. Best staff. Complimentary rum punch ans coconut cake and great Housekeeping during our stay. Surrounded by two cool surf shops with great healthy food Ns nice coffee. Will return.

Fantastic spacious appartment with wonderful views, and in a great Location.

Great apartment and location

We wanted to stay on the South coast for the first week of our holiday and the apartment was in a perfect location. Pool and loungers and the sandy beach, which was through a secure gate on the side of the property, was very quiet and safe to swim in. Close to places to eat and Oistins was only a 10 minute walk along the pavement. Apartment is very well appointed and had everything we needed. Local place making roti’s is next door and hotel, which has an outside eating bar and eating area, is only a few minutes along the beach. We will definitely stay again.

Awesome place to stay

Beautiful place with a beautiful view. Great sand beach right there and a great pool area. Lots of chairs and loungers. Some loungers to take to the beach. Groceries and a good selection of restaurants all within walking distance.

Perfect Getaway

We loved our stay here. The view from the condo was amazing, right on the beach and within walking distance to the grocery store and fish market. We had plans to do more sightseeing but instead spent most of our time right there on the beach! Will definitely try to come again!

SO NICE

We loved our stay in Maxwell Beach Villas! Both bedrooms are very nice and comfortable. If you have 2 couples, the queen bathroom can be accessed through the bedroom for privacy. The view is gorgeous, the pool and grounds are very clean, and it has an elevator to take you and your luggage. The security and all the staff were nice and super helpful. We loved being on the south of the island as opposed to the west where we’ve stayed before. It is close to Oistins, shopping, restaurants, snorkeling, and diving. Highly recommend!

Great location!

The location of the condo was excellent … walking distance to the grocery store and many local restaurants. The bus stop is directly outside the condo. The place was clean and comfortable. The property manager was very helpful!

Wundervolle Wohnung mit Traumausblick

Wir waren in dieser Wohnung mit meiner Familie zu viert und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche übrig und der Ausblick ist einfach unbezahlbar gut. Toni die Servicemitarbeiterin im Haus war der gute Engel und hat uns tatkräftig bei unseren Wünschen unterstützt. So wurde bei der Anreise der Kühlschrank mit ein paar Lebensmitteln nach unseren Wûnschen befühlt. Das Appartment wurde während unseres Aufenthalt auch regelmäßig gereinigt.Die Lage des Appartments ist sehr gut gelegen mit zahlreiche Einkaufs- und Essensgelegenheiten, die fussläufig bzw. mit den am Haus vorbeifahrenden Mini-Bussen zu erreichen sind. Einziger Negativ-Punkt ist das der Straßenlärm in dem zur Straße gelegenen Schlafzimmer ab dem Morgen tagsüber gut zu hören ist, aber das ist Klagen auf einem sehr hohen Niveau. Alles im allen eine hervorragende Unterkunft mit hohen Wohlfühlfaktor. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen

Everything you need to disconnect and have a real break.

The property was clean, well-appointed, and easy to check-in at, despite coming after hours. The treats left by Toni the property manager were unexpected, but very welcome, and kept us going till we could stock up on supplies. Overall, the week we spent was quiet, not super busy, but with other patrons that were exceedingly nice and respectful of letting you go about your day, whether taking a quick dip in the sea (a stone's throw away), a dip in the pool, or laying out on a sun lounger. Maxwell Beach Villas is surrounded by restaurants, super markets, and more, but getting around the island is super easy, with taxis whizzing by at all hours of the night on Maxwell Beach Road, or the ability to hire a car and park it in the villas underground parking space. Overall I would recommend MBV. This is my second trip, and there will no doubt be a third. Thanks so much to Toni and the rest of the MBV team.

A Great Find

After travelling to Barbados for the last 10 years and renting many villas/condos Maxwell Beach Villas is definitely our best find! Great location...on the BEACH, close to shopping, restaurants and transit. Our unit was very clean, well-stocked kitchen, good appliances including a dishwasher! Grounds and pool area well maintained, and the staff were all very friendly! Both bedrooms were large and had their own on-suite bathroom. The only negative I will mention is that the road-side bedroom does get noisy by 6:30am due to traffic noise and obnoxious horns from the buses. Also 24 security is on site. The weekday villa Manager Toni was very helpful with any questions/concerns and made our stay even better. For the value we feel this is one of the best deals on the south coast coast!!

My wife and I are both Barbadian and Canadian citizens. We have residences in both Canada and Barbados. We are semi retired and enjoy spending as much time in Barbados as possible. We are also pleased that most if not all of our guests very much enjoy our property and many return year after year. Also our guests tend to care for the property and treat it like it was their own.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We are within walking distance from Oistins which offers grocery shopping, restaurants and our famous Oistins Fish Fry.
The beaches are clean, pure sand, mostly alcoved between points, and not overcrowded.
We are not far from St. Lawrence Gap, Worthing beaches and shopping, and Carlise Bay which is about a 10 minute car ride along the coast. Taxi fares are quite reasonable.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our property is quite modern with mostly upscale appliances and furniture. The balcony offers partial sun and partial shade throughout the day. The views of the ocean are stunning. Also visible below is the pool and garden area which juts out over the ocean. And which is totally private, only for the use of the building quests. There are 15 apartments total. Chairs and tables with umbrellas are available for our guests. Also separate beach chairs.
There is usually a gentle breeze blowing to keep you feeling comfortable. And a lovely restaurant next door also situated right on the ocean.
