Great location, balcony and beach view was perfect. We saw dolphins swimming multiple times. Just a quick elevator ride and we were on the beach. Everyone loved it

Housekeeping has lost of room for improvement. A couple maintenance issues which was addressed promptly. The condo is past due for renovations but is net our primary needs in a short notice. Plenty of space for our family and the view/assess to the beach was outstanding. One of the neighbors smoked cigarettes and pot which limited our quality time on the patio. I am asthmatic and smoke of any kind is a trigger.

Great location and amazing view on the beach.

Couldn't have asked for a much better location and the view from the balcony was great. Acces to the beach was amazing and the coordination with local adventures made it really easy to do the things we wanted (at a discounted rate)!

Beach Front Beauty

Best experience with taking a friend with our son on vacation the first time! Great weather great view! Plenty of living area space. Huge master suite. Clean and comfy!!!

This condo has an awesome balcony with amazing views of the ocean! I have never been in October, but this has easily become the best time to come to Fort Walton! It was just me and my husband and the home was very spacious! There would be enough room to accommodate another couple or couple of children! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the unit has carpet. This isn’t a total deal breaker but the removal of the carpet would make this condo a 5 STAR no doubt!

Brooks and Shorey were very easy to work with. there was a mechanical issue with the room we originally reserved, but Brooks and Shorey contacted us and placed us in a comparable room. This was done smoothly and when we arrived all was well. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and looking out at the ocean sunset.

Reviewer Comments: Generally clean. furniture very comfortable. kithchen fine. master bath sink didn't drain. toilet stopped up twice, used plunger, maintenance snaked it, then stopped again. shower door off track. 2nd bath toilet plunged twice.

Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Best one I’ve stayed in so far! Loved the view and privacy from the top floor. The unit is older and definitely needs some updates, especially in the showers/bathtubs, and the air unit was noisy but overall great place. Just a little over a mile from the fishing pier so definitely within walking distance. I also like that this unit had a reclining couch and loveseat. That should be standard in all condos but just my opinion. Elevators also need some work. The elevators were slow to respond and sometimes we had to press buttons multiple times before it would move. I would stay here again though!

Not worth the price.

We got to the property and there was supposed to be a parking pass in the room which wasn't there. Went to HOA building which closes at 5 and check in is also at 5, so you cannot talk to anyone. Got in the unit and there was no towels, washrags, shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. Check out time is 10am and they were at the door at 10:01 am.

First family Beach trip

Reviewer Comments: While myself, my children, my mother & husband go on vacation each year (typically cruises) this year was the first time in my life that my dad came also. With him he brought my late sisters children. In total we had 4 boys 3,5,7&14 and 4 adults. This was also our first time to the island. Y’all, it was beautiful. The weather was COLD for this Mississippi family at a crisp “beach 60*” we spent most of our time in the condo because of this. This unit was the BEST floor plan I’ve ever stayed in. The balcony is huge. The kitchen is very spacious, as is all areas of this unit. The proximity to target & Publix is PERFECT for our last minute trip for board games and winter clothes lol. The other residents in this condominium were very nice and we enjoyed meeting and talking to everyone as they are all very friendly. The heated pool was a nice surprise for our kids so they did get to enjoy a bit of outdoor activity. We have found our new forever condo. We will never stay anywhere else if we can help it. The couches are big and roomy- the master bed is like a cloud!!! We had a wonderful, cold, spring break in this property. We can’t wait to come back. Also- do yourself a favor and eat breakfast at chicken and egg!!
