We had a great time at the condo. Girls beach trip. Lots of great restaurants and bars and shops within walking distance. Right on the beach! Plenty of room for everyone. Beautiful beach and stretch of ocean and not crowded at all. Would definitely come back for another visit!

The townhouse was very clean with a wonderful view. We had a great week. Everything worked as it should, with convenient location. The only thing that I could complain about would be the parking, very little room between cars, hard to get in and out.

I would rate the property 3.5/5 and we would stay again. The vegetation was extremely overgrown on the pathway to the beach - we had to wear shoes or we were covered in painful cockleburs. The secondary bedroom had bunks instead of the additional Queen as pictured, talk about angry adults who had that room! I feel as if these are helpful notes to those who may consider staying here. Management team was amazing, house over all was good.

Beach Getaway

We had a great time at the beach house. Perfect view, clean place, lots of space for the 6 of us. Good neighbors on both sides. Beautiful water and you literally step off the porch steps onto the beach!

My hubby and I enjoyed this beachfront townhome. The master bed was very comfortable. The oceanfront views are captivating. The weather in mid Sept was perfect. I'd say the water is about 85 degrees in shallow. The only cons would be the loud Whiskeys bar directly across road and the master bedroom tv is like 19 inches, very small. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant and relaxing vacay.

Perfect Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time. Great location with beautiful views. The place was clean, comfortable, and very accommodating. Communication was quick and responsive. We had an issue with our coffee pot the first day, when I text about it they responded and brought us a new one that day! Hopefully we will be able to stay again soon.

Only down side of staying here was the bar across the street. It was very noisy and the windows was thin and would keep us up. Will definitely be staying here again!

PCB Beach Trip

Clean, comfortable, good layout, well equipped - had plenty of everything you need. Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, etc was appreciated. Only complaint was noisy bar across the street made sleeping in bedroom on that side of house difficult. And one of the beds in that room needs a new set of mattress and box springs.

Great place

Everything about the property was great and as listed. The last time we were in PCB we were at the east end near Schooners. It was quiet and relaxed. This location is on the West end which is very busy. If you sleep in the front bedroom be aware that if you Sleep in the front bedroom that the bar across the street is can be noisy at night. aware that it will be noisy from

Amazing view

The beach and property are amazing and exactly what we expected. We had an incredible trip and would stay here again for sure. The kitchen supplies were a struggle, no casserole baking dish or sheet pans, no bowls with lids to store things like watermelon. The coffee pot was missing the bucket to put coffee grounds in. The toaster is messed up. We made do but it was a challenge. The outlet in the smaller bedroom where the tv is plugged in was very loose. The only other thing to mention is the bathroom door downstairs doesn’t slide well.

3 nights was not enough

While the condo could use some updating, it met our needs. The 2 beds in the second room were uncomfortable, so our teens slept on the couch. The location was great, easy access to the beach, and nice deck to enjoy evenings on. We wanted to extend our stay but weren't able to. We'll be back!

Lovely Beach House

We had a lovely time! The house had everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. There were plenty of beach toys, and chairs. It was very clean, and it didn’t have that beach mildew smell you have in other houses. The location was good. Close to everything and having the sea at your back door more than makes up for any shortcomings with the house. My only recommendation would be to change out the mattress in the master bedroom. It was too soft for my liking but others might like it. We would definitely stay again.

Got to stay in the Dolphin View townhouse rental 1 day when a massive water and sewage leak (literal brown water coming into the tub, fell on back patio due to water leak outside and hand slipping on the railing so ended up with bruised feet and bum), they sent a plumber to the rental, who told us it would be best to use as less water as possible, also, the bedroom pictured with the two queens, was not what was in the room. It was a twin bunk bed and queen bed. The leak required us to move to another property which was a condo on the 12th floor and a lengthy walk to the beach. The door did not lock, tons of bugs on upstairs bedroom floor, hair in bathtub drain, fire hazard at condo as the dryer vent had not been cleaned since lord knows when, also cut zip-ties on the railing, on the balconies. Attempted to contact the owner for over 24 hours only to send a lengthy text the next morning and she responded. Only offered an additional night stay (most people have work the next day). Felt like I lost a ton of money on the trip and didn’t even have the pleasure of staying where I chose. Honestly was the worst trip and birthday ever in PCB and we go every year.

Beautiful views, excellent place to stay!

We absolutely loved this town home! It was very convenient. The location, the view, the access to the beach…all of it! The beach is right at your back steps. The place was very very clean and there was more than enough room for 4 adults. The only thing we had a small problem with, was the showers. Both were a little outdated and took a bit to figure out the water temp, but that was a very minor inconvenience. We would stay here 10000x! Also, the communication with the property manager was such a breeze! She answered any and all questions within minutes. Another thing we loved… Definitely a 5 star place!

Beachfront house for small family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is conveniently located far enough away from the towers but close enough to pier park and most attractions that it is positioned well for a small family to easily enjoy the beach then clean up and hit the other attractions or restaurants nearby. The master suite has a beautiful balcony to enjoy the ocean view from. The bed is very soft. Both bedrooms are upstairs out of the way and feature bathrooms inside. There is a convenient half bath on the first level with the kitchen and living area. The furniture is in overall good condition. Being a beach house, it will probably have sand in it already, I think it’s just impossible to ever get the place completely free of sand. It’s mostly clean but the crew has some big misses - under the beds was filthy and had chip trash and half empty drink bottles there.Something’s to watch out for:The bar across the street can be loud and rowdy at times. This is unfortunate because the presumed bedroom your children will be in is on the backside of the house. If your kids are light sleepers, this may not be the place for you. There is a hose out front and a shower nozzle at the beach entrance to rinse off. The problem with the shower nozzle placement is that as soon as you spray off, you are immediately sandy again because it is in the sand. A hose with sprayer on the deck would be much better suited to clean up after being oj the beach. It would also help immensely in allowing guests to do their part in keeping the house cleaner. We like to respect people’s property as our own, and have come to expect some basic tools to be around the house to allow us to do just that. There was a cheap broom and dustpan that allowed us to keep the sand to a minimum but it could have been better. The washer seal ring was moldy and the liquid soap dispenser was leaky. We worked around it, but it wasn’t great seeing that we were washing our clothes and to
