We absolutely loved our stay! The location couldn’t be better — right on the beach with incredible ocean views from the deck. The beds were comfortable, and everything was clean and well maintained. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the gulf — we can’t wait to come back!

THE BEST!

Loved the home. It was the best setup we have ever had at the beach. Pull right up, no hassle, no traffic. Right on top of the beach. Clean, Nice, the manager was excellent, and we loved the outside tiki bar.. Cant say enough about the beach, not crowded, and so close to everything. This is a home run property.

House was fantastic but the real winner is the close location to the beach!

House was very clean and well stocked. Linens were of higher quality as were the kitchen appliances. The cabana was perfect and had a great breeze for relaxing. Property location was fantastic as you literally step off your porch onto the beach. Would definitely recommend this property.

We will be back!

Our family has stayed at Shoreline Villas before and this unit exceeded our expectations. The unit is decorated nicely, beds slept great and the kitchen had everything we needed! We loved being able to walk right out on the beach each day! The lower living space is great for evening chats and games! We will definitely be coming back !!

Beautiful quiet beach and newly renovated unit

We stayed on the west end for the first time and loved it. It was quiet, family friendly and just steps to the water. The unit was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. We sat and had coffee and happy hour on the deck every day. So beautiful! We hated to leave! Can’t wait to come back to Sunnyside and Shoreline Villas!

Best beachfront house

The house is everything and more you could want in a rental property. Extremely clean and well kept, no issues whatsoever with anything. We absolutely loved the downstairs patio, it was our go to spot in the evenings. It was so relaxing to be right on the beach listening to the waves while watching the sunset. You will not be disappointed in this property or the host. Timely responses and extremely helpful.

Wonderful experience. We will be staying again!!!

I do not think my family has loved a condo this much. It was beautiful. Perfectly clean and had everything we needed. Our only regret is not being able to stay longer. We are already planning a return trip next year and will stay longer. The beach was beautiful and it was not crowded at all. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a perfect beach trip!!!!

Great time with Family

We love staying at Shoreline Villas. They are directly on the beach and away from large crowds. The townhouse is super nice and we were very comfortable. (Thank you for the large sectional sofa!) Beds were clean and slept great. Kitchen was well appointed. Being directly on the beach is a game changer for us with a baby... no going up and down a public elevator... just walk right out to the beach. We loved our stay.

Downstairs enjoy the Margaritaville Cabana Room, savor the day in your covered outdoor area complete with fridge, sofa, chairs, TV.. watch the game, watch the surf, and let the cocktails flow. Its 5 oclock somewhere.

Master bedroom with private balcony for morning coffee, or late night toast to another perfect day. The views from here are simply indescribable.

Large living area and remodeled kitchen, all flowing out to the large balcony overlooking the gulf on the second floor.
