Step into a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath beach front condo directly located on the Gulf of Mexico!

Enjoy the view and sound of waves from the gulf front master bedroom! Freshly updated property with stunning sunset views over the Gulf of Mexico. Dunes of Panama has 1,500 feet of family friendly private beachfront with three oceanfront pools, one heated, and a poolside tiki bar. Amenities also include tennis, basketball, shuffleboard, volleyball, fitness center. Close to St. Andrews State Park, shopping, golfing, restaurants and attractions

This condo comes complete with a gulf front master bedroom with a KING size bed, attached private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. A 2nd bedroom has two QUEEN size beds. The 2nd bathroom has a walk in shower.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook a great meal in your home away from home!

The gulf front living room has a large flatscreen TV, plenty of seating and a sleeper sofa.

The private balcony offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and seating so you can watch the beautiful sunsets!

*The remaining final payment balance is due in our office 30 days prior to your arrival date. Or within 7 days if the check in date is between 14-30 days from booking date.

Condo is in great location, fairly clean except for shower curtain in guest bathroom. Had some mold on it luckily we had brought cleaning supplies from home to clean it. The exhaust fans in the bathrooms worked some and then they would stop. If you plan on cooking bring some knives, only 1 small pairing knife in the cabinet drawer, plenty of forks and knives though. Overall we enjoyed our stay

We had a great time! I have stayed at the Dunes for 25 plus years. Every May and September! Pet friendly is a plus. Large parking lot and no sidewalks to take our fur babies outside. Also a plus…seeing all of the folks we have met over the years. The complex is older but well kept. Rooms don’t have chandeliers if that is what you are looking for. Very clean and comfortable. I have one suggestion for any pet friendly owners. No rugs in the living room. All pets are gonna sniff and sniff then mark their place. I will be booking for May soon!

Our stay was fantastic! The condo was in the perfect location, thoughtfully laid out, and offered beautiful views. The pools were lovely and never felt overcrowded. We really appreciated how clean and fresh the elevators and common areas were throughout our stay. While the condo was overall very comfortable, a few minor updates could enhance the experience—especially the living room rug, which felt a bit dated. Since it’s a pet-friendly unit, removing the rug altogether might be a good option. All in all, a wonderful place to relax and unwind!

The throw rugs was real dirty. No mop to clean floors. Was hardly enough pans to cook in.And the ones that are there should be thrown away

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was amazing. The condo was everything we expected. I think they could use better pillows. And maybe new mattresses in the future. But over all it was great. The deco in the condo was really nice. The pools were perfect. The whole property was very well taken care of. I lo e the location. It's away from the hustle and bustle. So if you want a lot of action it's more on the west end. We would definitely stay at Dunes of Panama again.

Don’t stay in this unit

Well, let’s see I paid to check in early. Got there. Toilets were filthy. Have pictures. dishwasher pulled from the wall. Never worked. I had to wash dishes all week on my vacation. No barstools coffee pot was terrible.

Awesome!

Such an awesome location and views of the sunset was incredible!!! Bed in primary was very comfortable. It was really great. Will definitely stay again!

Dunes of Panama

We raelly enjoyed our Panama City Beach stay at Dunes of Panama...The unit was very nice with a wonderful view of the beach with the most spectacular sunsets.The pool and common areas were very nice.Lots of restaurants and shopping within 10 minutes.The condo was very comfortable,clean and well equiped for our 6 week stay. Lots of other snowbirds in the complex that winter there. The guests do activities at the clubhouse, pickleball and they organize golf at Signal Hill Golf Club. We would definitely rent this unit again..

Family spring break

Place was of course in a good location . Laid back property. We loved we could bring our frenchie. However the rental itself was dirty. Every dish we took out the cabinets was dirty nasty to the point I had to go buy dish liquid just to wash them before we could even use them. The property seems to have a water issue that hopefully they take care of . Anytime you shower or run the washer the hallway flooring gets wet which I’m sure will cause a big issue if it’s not taken care of soon. We enjoy our stay for the price of it . Hopefully they give more of their time to fixing the rental up! Everyone on the property was so kind and sweet it really is a great location to stay.

Drain in tub not working well and toilets need to be replaced. Overall some minor improvements could make for a better stay.

Location nice. Floors not clean,( wiped floors with damp paper towel and it was black) kitchen did not have any pans for the oven., kitchen countertops not clean. Rug in living room filthy. Online the description said two queen beds in extra bedroom but they were full. No top sheets on bed.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit had a great view, bldg B is great, the resort is really nice. Our unit was clean, it could use some updating in areas and the living room rug needs cleaning. The kitchen is not great for food prep or cooking. There is only one dull knife and the pans are poor quality. We don’t cook much on vacation so it was sufficient for us. The management could company was easy to deal with and quick to respond. Overall I’d stay at Dunes of Panama again but would choose a more updated unit.

DO NOT STAY HERE

As soon as we got here we noticed the door lock was faulty, then we proceeded to walk in and noticed the disgust of the walls and countertops. Stained and cracked. Next we noticed the vent hanging off the ceiling, full of black dirt/dust. Going into the living room we noticed USED flossers on the ground as well as eaten chips and other food scraps. The rug it was all on was stained with dirt and looked like it had been used well over 10 years….along with fingerprints all over the glass tabletops. It didn’t end there though, we walked into the bathroom to find hair stuck on the shower walls and used deodorant caps and razors on the floor. The toilet seat was also in terrible shape- cracked and stained. I could go on and on about the list of problems found within this condo but to top it all off, when we contacted Emerald Coast Destinations we were introduced to Amber who told us she would figure something out and then proceeded to block our phone calls. When we called on another number she picked up, we addressed the issue and requested a refund or another room which she then proceeded to hang up the phone mid conversation and block us again…if the condo doesn’t turn you away the company should. COMPLETE DISGRACE. We didn’t even stay there for the week, we left and drove 13 hours back home! Still haven’t been contacted for a resolution…BEWARE OF EMERALD COAST DESTINATIONS.

Unit Needs Repair, Cleaning and Updating

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon entering the unit, it smelled. We bought some air freshener and assumed it was from sitting empty for a while. No big deal. We then noticed that the unit needed some repair and updating. The kitchen counter and cabinets were very outdated, but manageable. The appliances worked like they should, but there were some basic needs that were missing from the kitchen (that are in most units). There was only one single knife (if you wanted to call it that) and no baking dishes (no cookie sheets, casserole dishes, or anything to bake in the oven with). That was an issue when I went to cook. The living room was fine. There are some baseboards missing in the master bedroom/closet that looks pretty sloppy. The overall cleanliness of the unit was not up to par. The floor was dirty, things were not swept under, the toilet seat in the master bath was stained or dirty (looked like urine or condensation had stained it). The toilet in the master also flushed very slowly and made weird noises while the tank was filling up. We had to plunge both toilets all week to keep them flushed out. By the fifth day, the guest toilet would not plunge at all. We made a call to the management company, who stated they would call maintenance, but they probably wouldn't be in to repair it until the next day. This prompted us to have to go downstairs and to the pool restrooms to have to use the restroom (which was very inconvenient). Day six came and by 2:30pm, still no sign of maintenance to repair the toilets. We made several phone calls (no calls were answered or returned) and sent two texts (still no answer). We assume since they knew we were to check out the following day...they didn't care. So...overall we loved the resort, but will not rent this unit or from Emerald Coast Destinations ever again.
